Review 1：What a lovely guesthouse. The staff is amazing, they are doing a great job! We received a free upgrade which we really appreciated! The breakfast was really yummi & the location is just perfect!

Review 2：The family who runs the guesthouse is very welcoming and heartwarming, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and comfortable, allways had a good night sleep. Eventhough it is right in the center of padanbai, I never had complain of streetnoise. There are some lovely restaurants and bars nearby, the breakfast included is delicious and all the belly needs for a happy day in Bali. I came 3 times here allready! The perfect place to make a little stop in padangbai!

Review 3：Location is very nice, in between two really beautiful beaches. White sand beach i do recommend, only takes about 15 minutes by walking. Rooms are affordable and clean. Breakfast is great with variety and the portion size will keep you charged until lunch. Great place to stay and chill few nights before famous gilis. Speedboat pier is close about in 5mins walk.

Review 5：We were told that lunch is included in the snorkeling trip even though it wasn't. Was quite expensive then. There is really no door towards the bathroom

Review 7：They arranged pick up from airport and transfer to Lombok the next day. Although we only used it as a stop off on our way to Lombok, the experience made us think about staying longer if we visited again.

Review 8：The place is near the harbor , if you go to Gili or to Lombok, you can stay here. The stuff is helpfull, good breakfast, clean room. Near the guesthouse you can fi d restarant and markets with clothes. The white sand beach is 15 min on foot.

Review 9：They try to sell you some trips and boat tickets, but price is higher then you can take outside. Strong smell from toilet blocks (toilet is directly next to your bed). Could be cleaner. Not comfortable hotel for us, we book (and pay) for three nights, but we left after first one. Lost money but don't want to take another night in that hotel.

Review 11：I stayed in Harmony for two nights on my getaway in Padangbai. The staff is very helpful and I got upgraded to a room with an A/C without extra charge. Breakfast is great and the location is superb. Whether you are on your way to/from Gilis, doing some diving, or just relaxing in this charming little town, I can warmly recommend Harmony!

Review 15：We felt so welcome from the start. The family are lovely and we were upgraded to a room with a view. This is basic accomadation and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the air conditioning was very good. We loved the place and would return without a doubt. Thank you!

Review 17：Very friendly staf. They arranged the pickup at the airport and the fast boat to the Gilis for a good price which saved us a lot of effort. The location is excellent: very close to the harbor.

Review 18：Hard sell on the boat ticket (you can literally get the same boat ticket outside for literally 100,000 IDR cheaper) The room is small and the door is short (my BF is 6 feet 3), there is no swimming pool around the property.

Review 22：good location very near the harbour and restaurants - there is a nice bar just next door. breakfast is pretty standard and filling. friendly english-speaking staff, but they will try to sell you stuff while giving you a welcome drink. that said, everyone will do that aggressively on the street. you can get a cheaper ticket at the boat company's office if you bargain.

Review 23：really bad smell in room due to toilet block in the bathroom. Ants on breakfast ("they are everywhere in the kitchen" :/) and a bit small. Place needs renovation, toilets are at the point of completely broken (you can keep on turning the flush mechanism). Signs everywhere telling you to keep the place clean is a bit weird, doesn't reflect the friendliness of the staff Experiences in other Bali homestays for the same price where better

Review 25：This was one of the best guesthouses we stayed at on our trip to Bali. This is a small family run guesthouse and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were offered a free upgrade in room to the top floor with fantastic views of the sea and Padanbai harbour. The guersthouse is located right in the heart of the town and 2 mins from the harbour and 5 mins walk to the stunning Blue Lagoon beach. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you happen to stop by Padangbai on your way to/from the Gili Isles or if you're travelling up the West coast. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff can help with all your onward travel needs.

Review 27：They went out of their way to contact us and make our short stay the best before we arrived. They organised to pick us up from the airport very reasonably priced and our flight was 2 hrs late. Very basic but wonderful! Very convenient to Gili fast boats for travel next day.

Review 29：Simple and clean, this guest house is run by a very friendly family, who went out of their way to make us welcome. They offered us a complementary upgrade to the 'honeymoon room' on the top floor which had an adjacent terrace with a lovely view.

Review 32：Often the employees tries to sell the fast boot trip (Eka Aya or samething), One or two times would be fine. We bought them, boat company is OK. Shower was not possible (too slow water and cold), room not very clean, breakfast starts at 0730 but they had to go to the market first (this resulted in a hurry breakfast since we had the boat of 0830). Do not upgrade your room to seaview haha (LOL). For 1 night it is OK!

Review 43：Harmony 1 has great location, very close to the main beach. All facilities are perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good (delicious pancake and fresh fruit salad)! Harmony 2 also has great facilities, located a bit on the outskirts of the city but very close to the 2nd beach. You'd need a scooter to go around.

Review 44：Being located right by the Harbour of Padang Bai, sleeping here was pretty hard. You hear the boats using their horn all night long and the outside sounds around the guest house were pretty loud.

Not only the service you gave us was amazing (including scooter transportation to Harmony 2 at every time we needed it, good breakfast and the most caring hosts we met) but also that it felt like being part of your family. Thank you for sharing your traditions and religion with us, taking us to real balinese places and for nice talks in the evening. Review 51：The staff at harmony guest house are very friendly and professional. They gave us a lovely honey tea welcome drink, which settled my stomach after the awful boat journey back from Gili Air. The breakfast was great, much better than we had had elsewhere in bali, and it was also the first place we had hot water! The staff also arranged transport to the airport for us at a very fair price.

Review 52：Strange smell somehow in the village. Noisy ferries all night, but that's the same everywhere in padangbai. Main beach not for swimming, there's a small one around the corner, though.

Review 53：Staff! Helped us to get the tickets to the gilis for a good price (300.000) on the right fast boat. By that you don't have to deal with all the scam and false tickets that are offered near the harbour. They warned us of certain unsafe and overloaded boats and gave advices of how much to pay. Perfect for transit and major advantage for this place and the people running it. Next to shops, Port and warungs.

Review 54：It was very hot in the room, everything was old. And it smelled a bit. Wanna sell tickets to gili for 4 times the money. And they asked for a "good" review.

If you want to leave your motorbikes for a few days while traveling in Gili/Lombok, please be aware that you will have to give the keys in case the bikes need to be moved for street circulation and that your gas tank will be half empty when you back...

Review 71：The owner of the guest house organized for us the tickets to Gili Air (300.000 IDR p.Person, one way). It was the cheapest we could find. Also he made the most reliable impression of us. In the end the trip with the fast boat was without any trouble and we were very happy about saving lots of money! The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Review 72：I only can tell about my room. Maybe the others are nicer. We had the room in front of the entry. The room was smelly and the Bathroom wasn't cleaned for a longer time. The Room itself is basic but totally ok. But the beddings are full of steams and smells not fresh. We've got nicer rooms for the same price in Indonesia.

Helpful staff who told us about good places to eat, cheaper travel to Gilis, motorbike hire and info on ceremonies that were happening. Nothing was a problem! We stayed on the second floor with a lovely balcony with table and seating and beautiful cool breeze in the evening. Great value for money. Heaps of eating places and beach just around the corner. Great water pressure and hot.

Review 81：The harbour of Padangbai is loud from early in the morning, until late at night. It can be heard from very far away so this is an issue for any hotel in the area. Maybe bring some Oropax along.

Review 82：The family owning the hotel is enormously friendly was very helpful with how to deal with Bali's tourism industry. Sentences like "Here please don't pay more than XX$ for the guide." were much appreciated for a Bali newcomer. The price we paid there was correct and we never had the feeling we should have paid less (or more). We did a sunrise volcano hike, a visit of a temple and a visit of a rice field that were fabulous. The hotel is very nice, far from luxury but still very comfy and at 10 minutes walk from the best beach in the area "white sand beach".
