Review 1：Place wasn't brand new but was very comfortable.
Review 2：Great location and a great experience. Bay views from the lounge room and short walk to beach. Simple but nice rooms. New air conditioning in bedrooms. Very warm host who didn't speak English but was very helpful and called an English speaker who was also helpful whenever necessary.
