Review 1：Windows with no screen, some flying insets will visit me at night, when lights are on, because I don't like the air conditioning on when I sleep at night.

Review 3：This is not 5 star luxury, but it is a clean and comfortable apartment set in a peaceful rural setting a short distance to the National Park. Marija is a lovely host. Great value..we really enjoyed our stay

Review 4：Marija and Stepan, and their entire family were absolutely wonderful to me. They advised me how to easily arrive to their home, provided a very friendly atmosphere, and went out of their way to help me. They gave me a ride to the Park to ensure I could start early and advised me regarding the best route to take. And, they even drove me to Karlovac to ensure I made my bus connection on time. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was a fantastic start to my trip.

Review 5：This is a very nice and clean guest house located in picturesque countryside of Croatia close to Plitvice Entrance 1. The hosts are very nice. They greeted us with welcome drinks as soon as we arrived. The house is very well equipped, extremely clean. We wish we had more time to spend in the area but unfortunately we were here for only 1 night

Review 6：Marija greeted with reprimand that we did not get there earlier as we had hoped. Well we just had a harrowing drive for over four hours through tight Mt. passes some washed out and we could have used a smile rather than a growl. She was efficient and business like and cool.... a smile would go a long way... Sorry we were late we had to back up for 1.5 km to let a tour bus through a road they never should have traveled. The place was just FINE.

Review 7：This was in a good location to visit Plitivice Lakes and everything was well put together. We had a compact apartment with good enough space for a few nights and a comfortable bed and bathroom. WE did not use the kitchen. The Wifi is weak but you are really in the middle of nowhere so it is impressive that there is Wifi. The breakfast was good though pricey. And the place is just off the main road. Nice decor with wood all over.

Review 8：Although there is a ketle for shared use located outside room we were disappointed not to have tea or coffee making facilities within room as this is standard equipment in all other accommodation we have stayed in. With no equipment in rooms we had breakfast - we felt it was over priced and would recommend not to have anything cooked (Eggs / bacon) - stick to the cold meats / breads / jams. Not a great choice in local resturants & food not great standard compared to rest of Croatia.

Review 9：On arrival were were giving a refreshing drink & on departure we were given a jar of jam! Comfortable, warm room with balcony. Very clean. Lots of hot water which was very welcome after the very wet day we had walking round Plitvice. Good parking & short drive to Entrance of National Park (Note its a bout 7kuna/hr to park - although you have no option as wouldnt have been safe to walk)

Review 11：We liked everything, great location, free parking, and walking distance to market and restaurant. Marija was very welcoming with a home made drink on arrival and donut balls awaited us when we returned from walking the lakes. Marija also provides a great breakfast for a small fee. Room was very clean and fresh.

Review 27：This is an excellent location for visiting Plitvice National Park which is just a short drive away. We had a good sized comfortable room with a balcony perfect for recovering after walking miles round the lakes. Excellent breakfast with home made jams, elderflower cordial and decent juice. There was a fridge and kettle for guests and help yourself home-made cherry liqueur for an after dinner drink. There is a shop just across the road for drinks and picnic supplies and a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Review 28：Friendly owner - accommodated a last minute change when we got stuck in the preceding city due to flooding, welcomed us with a fruit drink. Easy, free parking. Near waterfalls (but still driving distance). Nice café with good burgers in walking distance, market across the street. Quiet, comfortable, good sized room with balcony. Free wifi worked well.

Review 29：Rooms are very basic, but you have everything you need after a long day at the lakes. Very close to Plitvice lakes by car. Not walkable due to lack of sidewalks. Marija greets you with drinks upon arrival. Ring the bell when you arrive :) Breakfast was plentiful.

Review 30：I loved everything but found the bed a little too firm. We are in our 70s and orthopedic issues are there so it may be that.

Review 31：the location, the cleanliness and updated facilities, the friendliness of the woman and her special touches--homemade strudel, plum liquor, etc. It is a wonderful place to stay with a good atmosphere and nice people.

Review 32：we were travelling by bus and there are just simply not enough connections to other big cities (2-3 times a day) and nothing much to see in the town. If you're travelling by car this shouldn't be a problem..

Review 33：Room was very clean. Marija did a really nice job to keeping things tidy and neat. We asked if we could use the kitchen when we only rented a room... Marija said we can use by paying 5 euros.. in the end she just let us use it for free of charge (that was very nice of her) Paying can be a little confusing due to currency rates.. pick up service to/from plitvice was 20 kuna or 3 euros one way, then for the round trip Marija said it's 6 euros so 45 kunas.. I said it should be 40 kunas so only paid 40.

Review 34：On arrival Marija asked us whether we wished to have breakfast because it is not included in the B&B price, that was an unpleasant surprize. her price for the breakfast was quite high compared to the prices in the area. The breakfast was very basic, only after asking her to make some eggs she did not say no, but she definitely did not offer anything except then bread which was excellent, butter some slices of cheese and ham. There were some cereals but no milk. In the room there was no cofee water heater etc.

Review 35：The house is very close to the entrance of Plitvice National park. Modest clean room. Bed OK bathroom small but clean.

Review 36：The location to the Plitvici Lakes was excellent. Our hostess met us with her home made fruit juice which was delicious. One of the best showers of our whole trip. Our host opened his garage for us to park the motorbike which meant that it was kept dry overnight!

Review 37：Staff is very Nice and the room was very clean. A fine Restaurant nearby. However, it is very remote and except for the restaurant and a few hotels there is nothing to do.

Review 38：It's a very nice house in the rural Croatia. It is situated near Plitvitce Natural Parc. The rooms are nice furbished, the bath is clean. The family who'se running this house is very nice to tourists. They clean the rooms every day, they speak good English, they know the area, give good reccomandation about the places where you can eat and are excelent hosts! We would come back any time!

Review 39：-Besides Plitvice Lakes there are no other attractions in the area, TV offer isn't impressive at all hence spending more than 1-2 nights here is rather disputable. -Exchange rate EUR->HRK wasn't too attractive, I suggest to pay in EURO.

The location was excellent for visiting this national park. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We opted for the breakfast at extra cost and it was good value for money. Would recommend accommodation.
