Review 1：Extremely small room (although described as luxury; there was no placeto put the suitcases or walk around the room), with no air conditioning(although included in original description) or any of the otherthings/facilities it was supposed to have, and extremely horrible,unedible breakfast, for which you had to ask for everything. Moreover,the room was next to a neighbouring garden in which there was a dogbarking at all hours of the night and morning; the window looked outonto this garden and when open the dog would frequently place his headthrough the window. In short, this is the review that I wish I had seenbefore booking - put briefly, would I return? Never!!

Review 3：The neighbour's dog started howling when we arrived and kept us from sleeping the first hour. I know it's not the hotel's problem but the hound was diretly outside our window.
Review 4：The location, close to Roma Ciampino and a 40 minute train ride from the center of Rome makes this an excellent option when visiting Rome. The hotel and the management were very nice and helpful. We arrived late to a a delayed flight but that was no problem.
Review 5：Breakfast a bit on the meager side but still acceptable. Prefer fresh bread rather than stale pre-packed something. coffe and tea on the other hand was very good.

Review 7：The room was very nice and cormfatable for my family of five, the decoration was nice and bathroom was good to. Breakfast was also including at no extra cost which was unexpected and was served when we asked for it. The parking was very secure and very close. Lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and went out of her way to help us. Would stay again and was good value for money.
Review 8：The breakfast was a real Italian breakfast. Pre-packes croissants and cake and toast. The first morning we got jam and Nutella, de second morning only nutella. When we arrived we got almost no information, just de keys. This was because the person who runnes the b&b was not there. The owners spoke hardly any English.
Review 9：The room was basic but okay. There was private parking for the car. The family was very friendly when it came to printing out our boardingpasses. Wifi was okay. The b&b is only a few minutes drive from Frascati with its trainstation.

Review 12：The accommodation and associated facilities were not as per that described in Booking.com. Our quadruple room could not be described as luxurious. There was no daily housekeeping service, and the towels (only) were changed every other day. The beds were never made up after the first night. There were no toiletries provided for the hand basins and there was only a partially filled shower gel. Breakfast was basic. WI fi stopped working on day 3.

Review 15：I called to get directions, the phone rang about ten times. Some lady was rude and muttered something thenhung up. I tried to call back four more times and no answer. It was about five in the evening.

Review 17：A warm and cosy welcome evenata late hour.We liked to join the other guestsin the kitchen before going to sleep. The malestaff happened to be a perfect dj and the breakfast was also a very nice moment.
