Review 2：Sandra & her sister, Ana, were consummate hosts. Sandra gave us detailed descriptions of the island, answered all our questions & was forthright about what might be problems. She was exceptional in helping us make transport connections in bad weather. Even better, she brought out the grappa to celebrate a birthday.

Review 3：Room and bathroom decor tired, dated and in need of a refurb Bathroom not clean Room decor was sparse, sterile and depressing TV didn't work (although this was fixed on request)

Rooms are island comfortable and breakfast of a good quality. I extended my stay and they accomodated me in the same room despite being very full.

Review 15：If we had anything at all negative to say it would be that the bathroom was quite narrow and that we could hear the phone at the front desk ringing loudly from time to time. Hardly worth a second thought when everything else about our stay was so lovely!

Review 16：I can't imagine having stayed somewhere other than the Hotel San Giorgio on our recent trip to Vis. The hotel and its friendly staff truly made our visit to the island spectacular. In advance, the hotel was responsive and helpful with questions regarding our options for travel to Vis from Italy. Onsite, the staff was beyond helpful with restaurant reservations, excursion info, and anything else we needed/wanted. The level of service is so personal and sincere is makes you feel like family, while remaining professional and well-informed. The location was also fantastic, situated in quieter Kut near some lovely restaurants and bars, and just a brief walk to the busier hub of Vis. The room was modern, clean, and well appointed.

Review 17：This adorable family run hotel is just the right place to stay at in Vis. The stuff is simply great, warm, welcoming, helpful. The rooms inside old stone buildings, located just a few steps away from the sea. Close to a bell tower that bells during the day, which I found to be very romantic and beautiful. Not too loud, yet it lets you know the island is alive! Breakfast is great! Will return here for sure!

Review 34：There were cats outside the door to our annex that tried to get inside anytime we opened the door. Not a big deal because there are cats literally everywhere on the island but my fiance is allergic.

Good wifi and great coffee and tea in the morning. Also organised tours for us and gave us excellent advice on local restaurants so we had three amazing meals on Vis.

Review 43：Staff were really friendly and very helpful . They gave great advice and assistance in helping us to plan what to do whilst on the island and also for evening meals. We stayed in one of the annex rooms - it was very clean and had a nice seating area outside.

Not sure if we misinterpreted the room description, which was a bit cryptic, or if it was because we got upgraded to a bigger room without balcony. Still worked out very well for us.

Ana and her husband and her family made us incredibly welcome and we felt immediately relaxed despite a late night water main break which was handled very professionally. I must say we have travelled all over the world, and stayed in many fine hotels but the personal service coupled with the fantastic location, as well as very good food in the restaurant made this a memorable stay. The rooms are beautiful, tastefully appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was huge and ample with delicious cappucinos. Everyone was always there with advice, help, and suggestions for what to do. We felt utterly at home! We would- and will- come back very soon. Thank you so much for making our Vis experience such a beautiful one. The added bonus of meeting Mia was a certain treat for our son! Review 76：The hotel is located in the historical center of Kut so cars are not allowed. The parking lot is a distance away from the hotel through a hilly road that is unmarked and dark. My GPS couldn't even find it after I saved the location. Walking to and from the parking lot is also a bit tricky through winded narrow alley ways. Second, the hotel relies on solar power. The water was barely warm on the first night. It might be because there wasn't much sun for weeks when I arrived.

Review 77：The owners (Sandra and Ana) and the staff made the stay very enjoyable. Ana came to the port to wait for my ferry at 8:50PM because she didn't think I would find the parking lot some distance away from the hotel. She's correct. There's no way I could find the parking lot in the dark through the hill and a tunnel. She also drove me to the parking lot with my luggage when I left at 4:50 AM on the morning ferry. She gave me all the tips and called the Blue Cave boat excursion for me. She really took hospitality up to a whole different level.

The staff were very friendly & eager to help with suggestions of where to visit. We hired motorcycles to tour the island & were able to park just in front of the Hotel each night - very convenient.
