Review 1：The pool facilities closed at 6.00 pm; way too early. Also the choices for lunch and dinner at the pool restaurant were very limited.
Review 2：The staff were very warm and friendly and made you feel at home. Plus the buffet breakfast was superb; the best i ever had in any hotel in venezuela.
