Review 1：I changes 2 rooms, both had both of the bathrooms in disgusting state, human hairs all over the bath and sink, i had to wash them myself.

Review 3：Nothing like the pictures from the hoter from booking.com. They just had very good photographer. It was cheating. We pay about 250 euros per night, but it was accually worth it the most 90 euros per night! Terrible! We made a very wrong choice!!!
Review 4：suite was like a normal room with irrelevant decoration around. Very small TV set -for a suite- which need binoculars to watch the screeen from the bed. The door have not any additional locking mean other that the manin locker. Only one key availabe to the customers per room! The bathroom has spacious but slippery and inpractical with elevated bathtab & toilet basin, lowered water faucet, wrong position of shower glass screen. The ammenities found very limited and poor for a suite. There was no index fr the facilities, no guide fr services other than the spa price list. The Spa was a disappointment as long as almost all equipment and facilities found inoperational.The internal swimming pool have cold water, the dry sauna appeared to be like a glass cage fr one person which need 20minutes to warm up and the wet sauna was not working. Only "massage" therapies are available in fact, which dont give you any therapy at all. Obviously the hotel opens only on certain occasions and sort holidays but definitely this proved to be an overcosted stay fr me and if I could I would claim at least half of my money BACK!

Bathrooms also clean andfunctional. Very friendly staff, and overall a really nice comfortableand relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
Review 17：The restaurant was closed Sunday. After being told it was open. Poolopen after 12 noon. Same time as checkout. The spa is not a spa, but onesmall massage table in a room. The decor of the rooms were cold andflashy. Rather cheap, sadly. Very bad use of space. Not worth the cost.Sorry to say. It would be advised the hotel hires local designers inArahova to help design a more cozy feel for a winter hotel. Needscarpets on cold wood floors. With only one massage therapist it shouldnot be allowed to call its self a spa.
