Review 1：Hotel needs serious refurbishment , old ,shabby furniture , smell of old and dump through out of the hotel and room, dusty curtains and bed spread , bed linen and towels worn off and out of shape. Old and rusty also not cleaned properly bathroom. It's not a four star hotel! Barely three stars

Review 3：The property needs some renovation in particularly the room/bathroom. The (front) room I had was a bit noisy (Nearby Anagnina traffic can be heard also during night).

Review 12：booked a suite: it was a single room with a bathroom, and a bed on a mezzanine up a narrow spiral staircase, dangerous and impossible to get luggage up. Changed to a double room, no heating; changed again. No restaurant in main hotel: Fico 5 minutes away was overpriced.
