Review 1：its a pity there wasnt wifi as it would have helped with on going booking. it was available but expensive

Review 3：The location is ideal, close to the beautiful Coolum beach... unit had a great ocean view, nice breezes, very relaxing. Close to Surf Club and many other shops.. Price was very reasonable for the amenities.. spa bath a bonus! "My Place" Restaurant and Bar underneath AMAZING :) Had a great Time, will definately do it again.
Review 4：The bathroom lacked hooks for your towels and the shower over bath was difficult because my husband had a bad leg , the door to the bedroom was a little in the road and would be better serviced by a slider with the odd shaped room.

Review 9：It was very quiet which is what we wanted. Restaurant underneath which was very good and very convenient. The Unit had all that we wanted. Would go back again.
Review 10：The only negative "for me" was that the bedroom had the adjoining sliding open slat doors which offered privacy, but did not block any sound from the living areas if one of us wanted to stay up late and watch tv or vice versa, get up early of the morning.
Review 11：The property managers were lovely to deal with and the unit was close to everything in Coolum so was an enjoyable stay. The back units still have a good view of the ocean and you don't get any traffic noise from the street.

Review 14：We didn't come across anything we weren't happy with. We loved everything about the resort, the staff, the restaurant underneath and of course, the location. The only let down - Coolum did not turn the good weather on. (that's ok - we just have to go back)
Review 15：We loved the location, the resort and the friendly staff. The restaurant/bar underneath (my place) has really good food and great service. When our son had to spend one night with us (unexpectedly) it was no trouble for extra blankets and sheets to be provided for the sofa bed. Thank you.
Review 16：Sadly we're a little disappointed to call this a "resort". Sadly it doesn't provide for the money charged the housekeeping service or at least a towel change unless you stay for 8 nights. Sadly that was not mentioned in any place of the description.

Review 20：The pool or spa wasn't heated. The bedroom/bathroom didn't offer good privacy. It wasn't sound proof as the doors were wooden bi-folds. There wasn't enough storage for clothes. There wasn't anywhere to put your bags unless you left them out in the lounge area or tripped over them when getting out of bed. The electric stove was very ordinary.
Review 21：The spa bath in the bathroom was a good size. The reverse air-conditioning unit kept the whole unit nice and warm (winter time). The ocean view and location was awesome.

At check out the woman remained on the phone, didn't thank us or say a word just signalled for us to drop our keys. Sauna doesn't work

Review 36：Parking for high 4wd issue and there was no outside parking for the resort and car parks were hard to find around the resort. We had to park a block away and cart all our gear. Only two towels provided and it needed a revamp. Only one access no back access and main door did not work very well. Pool was not heated.

Review 39：Kitchen cupboard door falling off. I booked an ocean view room. The room was at the back of the property. The "ocean view" was a few foot wide gap from the side if the balcony....which was unusable because of the hot air blasting from the air conditioning unit which was also attached to other units meaning it blasted air even when I turned my aircon off. Ended up moving to the much better Coolum Beach Retreat next door. It had large modern rooms with beautiful beach views for exactly the same price. Book there instead.

Review 43：The notion of a beach view room is a stretch to the immagination if you want to lean over a balcony with rusty nails and look sideways past other units. Decor old cane furnacture like grandmas house, not as pictured online, pillows are flat like pancakes, less than 50cm to walk around bed and the pool is smaller than most backyards would have. Very expensive for what you get- or should I say don't get! Would discourage people from booking here- ruined my Sunshine Coast experience.

If you're after a relaxing stay, this place is not for you!

Review 49：Our daughter and husband also booked and their room was miserable. It was half the size of ours but extremely sparse and unwelcoming - certainly extremely poor value for the tariff of $140. They had booked first and were really disappointed and so were we for them. If I were the owner of that unit I would be ashamed to offer it in this state for rental - definitely needs an update

Review 119：The hotel is shabby and outdated. Although we had a refurbished room the furniture in the living and balcony area was ordinary. Our room compared to our friends room was small and pokey and definitely overpriced. We will return only if we can get the alternate room.
