Review 1：The behaviour of the head waiter/butler of the buffet during dinner time on 18 and 19 Dec 2015 at the restaurant was not at all hospitable. He was not even listening to the guests and was very passive. He was only the exception though. To us he was a sort of misfit among the other staffs of this hotel with whom we have interacted. Car rental is a bit expensive, but reconcilable if you are travelling with Child and elderly guests.

Review 2：- Panoramic, heavenly view of the Himalayas and the whole valley from the corner valley view room (404/504) . We had views from 3 sides of our room - completely justifying the additional tariff of the rooms. Seating at the sofas at our room we were stunned to witness the dramatic changes of colors at the 7-10 peaks of the Himalayas and the lush greens of gigantic Pines during the sunrise and sunset on 19-Dec-2015. I am sure this hotel is one of the top contenders for the best views from room in Shimla. - The co-operation of Mr. Paban, GM of the hotel for holding our booking for extra 12 days to get the required reservation money deposited after I reach to Kolkata from Dhaka. - The services and the hospitality of Mr. Devinder Singh at the breakfast buffet on 19 and 20 Dec was excellent and very welcoming. He was attentive to all the guests at every table in the restaurant, but was not at all intruding. He also encouraged my son and my mother to try out different items available from different parts of India. - Driver Mr. Suresh Kumer was very well behaved and drove us very safely every time we travel during our 4 days trip in Shimla-Kullu-Manali. - The Chinese dishes like fried rice, chilly chicken, soups were excellent. Also a good variety of cuisines besides Punjabi dishes are available through room services. -The location of the Hotel - very convenient for child/elderly travelers.

Review 4：Not much to like. We were expecting this to be the best stop of our tour (based on the price). Instead, it was the worst. Tired and dated hotel, overpriced, and demanded payment in full up front. I think I can understand why ...

Review 5：My father had a difficult time getting extra covers for the bed. He felt that his room was a bit cold and that the hotel staff members were a little slow responding to his requests.

Review 6：The location was excellent. It was very easy for my 84 year old father, who has mobility issues, to get to the Mall. The facility was nice and the rooms have a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 7：Dusty blanket. No toiletries in the bathroom, we didn't get a valley view since we booked through booking.com. No footmat in our room. The guy carrying luggage asked for tips.

Review 8：Rooms were cosy and if you are lucky it will have a view of the valley and the hills. Lunch and dinner was very good. Check in and check out was fast. Valet parking was a boon. Short walk to the mall road.

Review 13：The reception manager insisted on charging full day fare after 5 pm on our checkout day, as we had a bus in the late evening,However when I confronted him and showed him the booking confirmation email of their GM wherein it was clearly mentioned that till 7 pm on late checkout 50% would be charged.Inspite of that he had cheeks to argue and only on my insistence that I will create a scene, he agreed.

Review 15：I reached the hotel early in the morning still the reception people made me comfortable by giving my room. Employees were very helpful and the location of the hotel is good.

Review 16：Hotel has direct connectivity with Mall Road and drive in access via circular road near victory tunnel. It is a boon for travellers who are exhausted after a day's excursion and want to hit the bed. Views from the room are good. No balcony in our room. Amenities are at par with any 4 star hotel. Bed is comfortable and linen clean. Room service and food are excellent. Bathrooms a little small but clean. Above all management is polite and curious. Will recommend to all my friends and fellow travellers. It's best value for money

Review 17：Rooms are a bit smaller in size. No balcony. Breakfast needs improvement, should add musilie, fresh fruits and bakery stuff.

Review 19：The prices charged are comparable to three / four star hotels but its management is nowhere near any rated hotel. There is no standard process of managing and replenishing the daily utilities. The lighting and design of Bathrooms is clumsy. Linen quality and cleanliness is very poor. Over all lacks professional Hotel Management and more like room renting service.
