Review 1：Staff had an irritating habit if turning the power off to the room wherever I went out. This meant that nothing would recharge and the hot water unit switched off.

Review 2：Beautiful views, walking distance to railway station and The Mall. Comfortable and clean.

Review 3：I ask to change bedsheet for white color. They denied by saying white is available with only deluxe rooms. Bedsheet was not comfortable for sleep.

Review 5：Sheet and pillow cases were not changed from the previous guests in both rooms I stayed. I had t ask for fresh ones. I didn't initially get a room that I booked. The room I was moved to was so noisy as it is above reception area and near the room service area. I hear telephone ringing and door slamming all night.

Review 7：1St of all pls...pls....do not called this property as Hotel...but putit in it as a free public guest house category...bed linen was full ofinsects(entire night our blood was sucked by them),used & torntoiletries were provided..no cleanliness...etc...our stay was of 3 daysbut we check out on a very nxt day.....you are advice not to book thisproperty for valued clients....or may loose ur nxt business as what Idid for nxt stay at Chandigarh

Review 9：We were 4 ,myself, wife,two children, and there was a double bed for couple and two bunk beds for chieldren, the rooms were cozy, and good food service in room. good location. it is a good budget hotel.

Review 12：No heating in January. You easily lose orientation in the hotel as rooms are below the level of the reception area.

Review 13：Stayed in a really nice family room with a large double bed and two bunkbeds. No heating in hotel so it was really cold in January but, once under the thick bed covers, it was really warm. Situated in the midst of the army barracks and very convenient for the "Mall" central tourist area. No alcohol or meals available at the hotel but both readily available in the restaurants around the Mall.

Review 14：Cold, smelled of gasoline. No heater provided. Extremely loud and expensive for what is provided. We walked in the turned around and left for a different hotel. I can't believe this hotel even qualified for booking.com
