Located 3.1 miles from Mola di Bari, Tenuta Pinto is surrounded by a 5-hectare garden with olive groves and fruit trees. It features a saltwater outdoor pool, and rustic yet elegant accommodation with air conditioning.
Rooms, suites and apartments offer a terrace with views of the surrounding area, and a private bathroom. Some have a spa bath and some have a hydromassage shower. Floors are tiled.
Each morning, a sweet Italian-style breakfast is served, which includes homemade products. Later in the day you can enjoy typical regional cuisine at the on-site restaurant. The property produces its own oil, fruit and vegetables.
The Pinto offers discounts to a private beach, approximately 3.7 miles from the farm stay. A tablet computer with free internet connection is also available for guests, and parking is free.
Bari is less than 15.5 miles from the country house. On request, a shuttle service is available linking you to the beach and to Mola di Bari Train Station, a 10-minute drive away.

Review 1：Our plane was delayed by 90 minutes. We rang ahead once we landed to advise we were on our way but would be late only to be spoken to rudely by the lady on the phone who told us she was going to leave before we arrived and that we wouldnt be able to stay. On top of this it was difficult to find. When we finally arrived there was a party on which we were not aware of and which meant the woman who was rude couldn't have left(!) and then went on til the early hours.
Review 2：Beautiful building and area.
Review 3：We didn't feel really welcome when arriving at tenuto pinto. For example, they hardly said hello, were annoyed by our question for a working fridge, and were mainly busy with 'rebuilding the house' and planning an upcoming wedding. Hospitality obviously is a profession...

Review 7：The welcome!! having driven three hours to get there, having booked half board to be told that that it was not worthwhile bringing in a chef for two people there would be no dinner. After a heated discussion a dinner was provided but for the next two nights we ate out. This establishment is a B&B concern for the three nights we spent there. Its main business is weddings, parties, cerimonies etc so it may be possible on these nights to have dinner. They had an excellent selection of wines but it was always difficult to find someone to obtain one and find a place to sit and enjoy one. With no fridge in the well appointed rooms it was difficult to buy elsewhere for consumption there. The place and surroundings were idyllic BUT.....
Review 8：This property is in a magnificent setting surrounding by well maintained gardens. Beautiful pool and poolside but unfortunately no tables or chairs to sit and enjoy the peace and calm. The breakfast was excellent and once we got over our initial difficulty of our welcome our hosts were very friendly and thoughtful

Review 16：First of all, the structure itself is situated beautifully and has got alot of 'potential', but, it's a shame the current ownersdon't seem to be capable of getting all out of it, the seem to haveno clue about the meaning of hospitality. To sum up our stay, we wereleft with a very negative feeling about Tenuta Pinto. Upon arrival wewere welcomed by a girl who just came out of the swimmingpool anddidn't seem to be expecting anyone, whereas we informed them of ourexpected time of arrival. She wasn't helpful at all with givinginformation about our stay and didn't inform us about breakfast anddinner, etc. There isn't a central reception, so if you'relooking for information or have questions, you have to search the wholestructure to find someone. The beds are simply _horrible_, the room westayed in was very small, had no closet and not a decent place to putthe suitcases on. There was no place to hang towels or clothing in thebathroom, no place to put your shampoo and soap on in the shower, onlyone roll of toilet paper (with no spare), etc. etc. Besides, theproperty offers no place were you can site down and relax or play agame, the rooms are too small and the only chairs and tables that areavailable are the ones near the swimming pool. But since these aren’tlit, you can’t make use of that chairs and tables in the evening.Already too many cons to make it a pleasant stay. Some positives, the swimming pool itself was nice and refreshing, the rooms were clean and the location and it surroundings are very nice.But the worst part by far was that on one night, they hosted a 'sweet 18'-party in the garden with very loud music coming from speakers right in front of our window. They didn't inform us aforehand and weren't helpful at all to make our stay any more comfortable. In fact they were just rude and told us to deal with it.
