Review 1：The picture on booking of the room is far away from reality the pictures are from new part of hotel. The noise insulation between rooms in old part is poor we heard almost everything from our neighbours room also access to wellness facility from this part of hotel wasn't the best one.

Review 5：wifi works like this: you receive a code that is valid only for 1h. after that you need to go to the reception and get a new one. too much hassle. i think value for money was poor. the hotel is nice and clean and welcoming, but not to the standards and prices of a 4 stars hotel.

Review 11：Very clean, Fantastic food ( breakfast with fresh fruits and eggs, dinner with 4 Menüs - highlight!), warm and new pool, beautiful and clean sauna, Ski room, internet and parking free.Very close to Fiss (just 8km). Everything was perfect!!!

Review 12：3 out of 4 persons get sick: the food was gone bad in couple of times. Based on the sounds other guest get sick as well. The balcony fenches were banging during the first night and we could not sleep even with ear blugs but they were fixed in next day. Shampoo available only if asked specifically. I would have expected more value for the money...

Review 14：A lot of problems here.- no English menus anywhere. half of staff also don't speak English. hotel is srongly german-oriented and not good for international guests. - staff not very good. some people are nice, some are not, and some probably just hate Russians. feel non-comfortable there. - location is not convinient. if you have not car with you - it's not good hotel for you. Buses are rare, difficult to get anywhere. - worst thing of all - they take money for the internet (1 euro per hour), but the internet barely works there. Since 5 till 11 pm it usually doesn't work at all. In general, one of the worst hotel I ever lived, with bad attitude to the hosts, bad service, no hospitality and strange orders. Didn't like it very much.

Review 17：This is a great place to stay. The hotel's staff and owners are extremely kind and welcoming. This is definitely the kind of place you will cherish and would always want to return to. We stayed during the winter season and it proved to be well located and with easy access to the nearby skiing locations. The food is extremely good. We stayed for a week and never ate anywhere else. The staff is great with children. The newly restored rooms are fabulous and extremely comfortable. The wet area is also very good. You will love this place. We certainly did and plan to go back.
