Review 1：The mattresses were not good, we were hoping to have a single mattress because as were squizzing both the mattresses all the time ,other than that everything was good.

The Best advantage is the location of the Hotel, from where theMall road extension is very close at walkable distance. Even though wewere new to Shimla because of the stay in this Hotel we experienced thefeel of comfort and safe. Interior of the room is pleasing with all kindof facilities to enjoy. Not much to say about the food taste and seemedto be expensive. The disappointment is that there is no buffet breakfastwhich we feel missing lot. Our overall experience is fine with the Hotelin all the days (4) during our stay iin Shimla.

Review 30：It was 3 deg Celsius and our heating didnt work. Manager refused to change my room despite this. After much debate their technician came and fixed the heating. There was hot water enough for one person to bathe. My wife had to go without a bath. I left a message for the manager to return my call after I checked out and it was expected he would never call....nor did he. Lousy experience. Location is vv poor. For this kind of money I would strongly recommed a Branded 5 star - this was a "local" 5 star...will never stay there again.
