Review 1：If you plan on doing a dive trip, this is the perfect hotel for you! Hotel is connected with an awesome dive company which is literally at your doorstep so you spend most of your time away from the resort.

Review 2：If you go in the rainy season, NEVER take an upstairs room. We had 5 strong downpours at night,and as the roofs are made of some kind of metal it is like someone playing drums over your head - sometime so loud you can't understand each other.

Review 3：Room had an odor. Room was right next to the road so a bit loud but nice view of bay. Rooms on the courtyard are probably much quieter.

Review 5：Staff member repeatedly tried to sell us tickets for a fast boat to Gili, a side business not related to the hotel. Padangbai as a town does not have too many options for dining or lodging. I would recommend staying here only if you want to dive. Otherwise, Candidasa is probably a better option on the east coast of Bali.

Review 37：I loved the location, right off the beach: The offices for the ferries to the Gili islands are just a five minute walk away, as are the small boats that take you out to deserted reefs for snorkeling. The room was spacious and comfortable: The air-conditioning worked well, the bed was a super king size with a firm mattress, and there was plenty of storage space.The bathroom was clean and spacious with an above average set of complimentary toiletries.The pool, with its swim up bar, was excellent, and the wood fired pizzas in the restaurant were good too.

Review 38：The staff were brilliant, couldn't help us enough. Got stranded on gili t after the boat company let us down meaning we missed our check out, the staff were fantastic and packed up all our belongings for us. The bar staff were great, friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant food was great too. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in padang bai. Thanks for a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

Review 59：Because of the proximity to the ferry terminal you do here a lot of ferry noise of a night, but this is true for most of Padangbai. The beds are a tad hard and the linen although clean is getting a bit old.

Review 60：Great location for a diving resort. Many excellant dive sites at your doorstep or a short boat ride away. Relaxed atmosphere throughout the whole of Padangbai is a big improvement from Kuta. Meals and especially breakfast (free) are awesome.

There was of course no problems with the bill but I think if you sign for each meal or drink it helps you keep track of what you are spending

Review 63：Staff helpful, when my daughter needed medical attention, the owner immediately rang doctor and organised her to come and see my daughter even though the doctor was on way to somewhere else. Pizzas are nice, be warned they are huge, we made the mistake of ordering one each. Next time we ordered 3 between four of us and that was plenty. Loved the location and breakfast was excellent. Aircon was ice cold and loved the extra touch of the little bowl of fresh flowers. Easy walking distance to the blue lagoon , definitely worth a visit .
