Review 1：Friendly and very helpful staff, pleasant if smallish room with a small but functional bathroom. You are very close to the centre of town which is stunning and very close to a host of restaurants and bars all which stay open till all hours. The fishing boat harbour, fish market and fish restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Mola di Bari is a delightful town and well worth a visit and the hotel is an ideal base.The very Italian breakfast of hot cappuccino, croissants and cake set us up for a day of sightseeing.

Review 2：Only downside is that the hotel smells of smoke - assuming there are rooms and areas in the hotel where people are allowed to smoke, but other than than, no complaints!

The restaurant across the street is closed andsad looking and that is the building you see with your sea view. Poorvalue for money.

Review 10：Location is centralized and right on the sea, The main square is within walking distance. Breakfast is fabulous! The staff is most accommodating. This is an excellent Hotel. Train station is also within walking distance if you are on foot.

Review 20：The hotel's location was ideal. I enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from my room's balcony. Guests' comfort was their main goal. Very reasonable rates too! Very pleasurable experience. I would definitely return again.

Review 21：The staff was wonderful, helpful and always pleasant- the beach was across the street -the rooms have balconies to relax and view the sea also hang your things to dry. They had great cable( fox news). It is a very peaceful place. Two doors away is a fantastic place, Piatti pronti, to get a full meal, sandwich or snack, with the best prices & delicious food-you can eat there or take out. Like Gabbiano, it is family run by the sweetest father & sons. Then theres the best place for gelato and I know my gelato, Borgo Antico, mom & son shop, with a NYC theme, its located at Via Vitt. Veneto 14, across from the principal church of Mola,which is a 13th century beautiful church, with the nicest priest and nun. I was just passing through trying to locate family in areas close by but want to be by the beach. I didn't know anyone and I met some terrific people. I hope to return there someday. I recommend Gabbiano highly.

Review 22：Asking the front desk to "turn on" your electricity. We were not aware of this procedure and suffered in our room without the air conditioning for about 1/2 hour until we went downstairs to ask what was wrong with our unit. We were then advised that we had to ask to have it turned back on.

We accidently didnot read the notice that breakfast started at 7:30 and arrived at 7:00.They simply asked us to give them a minute and then the buffet area wasopened for us and a lovely variety of eats were available. Just lovedtheir cuppacino. We were very tired after a long trip and appreciatedthe staff's kindness and support.

Review 26：The bathrooms are very small and when we arrived, the shower was definitely not clean. The location of the hotel and the size of the rooms are not worth the price you pay. The staff was surprised when we asked for a nice restaurant where we could go eat and they could not answer immediately. Finally, they advised us a horrible restaurant, so I would advise to go and look for a place to eat on your own. The breakfast is limited.
