Review 1：I had booked a standard room, the least expensive and was totally and happily shocked to see the suite we got when we arrived. A bedroom, living/dining room and two full baths (one with jacuzzi) all beautifully appointed in white with white and splashes of color in floor tiles. A beautiful sea view from our terrace, and lovely furnishings. Services were quite good and it was a pleasure to stay here!

Review 2：No kettle for tea or to make hot water for baby but hot water was always available from the bar.

Review 4：The service is touch and go. A lot of regulars at this hotel and they get the best rooms and preferential treatment. You feel a bit like an outsider. We decided to upgrade to a seaview but were only offered a room with a tiny balcony and a barely working AC. All the rooms with terraces and balconies and reserved for regulars so even paying more will not get you a nicer room or better service.

Review 8：The quiet but very central location and in beautiful surroundings with sea views. The breakfast was delicious and served in the garden by the pool. The room was large and spacious and very comfortable and quiet.

Review 9：False advertising. There is no wifi in the rooms. The structure of the building (material) means wifi does not reach the rooms. I don't understand why they don't just put in access points in each room (small investment for customer happiness). My husband and I had to sit in the lobby whenever we needed to search the web for things to do, restaurants to try, etc. We would rather have be doing that on the balcony with ocean view that we paid for. Other guests on the 3rd floor had broken AC. When they told the front desk, they were given a fan. Also on day 3 of our stay there, there was no water - 8am-4pm. Location of this hotel is far from the square and you have to hike a small uphill path to get to the square. We paid ~400 Euros to have an ocean view room. In hindsight, we should have just taken a regular room for the same price at a nicer hotel. You get what you pay for and this is definitely a one star hotel/motel.

Review 10：Not much to like about this place. The breakfast is ok. The staff is ok. The pool was terrible. The wifi non-existent. The location sucks. Nothing special about this place. Not worth the money.

Review 11：The room was ok with plenty of wardrobe space and attractive decor but the balcony door didn't lock. Reception staff offered to move us but we were only here for 2 nights and had already unpacked so we just used the safe and kept our cases locked. There was only hot water in the bathroom sink and toilet had an interesting flush.

Review 17：There is an old saying that if you don't have something nice to say, say nothing. I have commented on the location which is lovely. However, the negatives are: The A/C leaked water all over our hallway and the cooling was a bare minimum. Glad it wasn't hot out.The bed and pillows were very hard and in no way were luxurious, almost uncomfortable. The bath towels were the size of hand towels- we found beach towels in the maids closet and at least were able to use them in the AM. There was no balcony The wifi did not work, had to go outside and log into a neighboring hotels site. The room was clean and at the end of the day that is what is important. I am just glad we were not booked in for an extended stay.

Review 18：The setting and facilities are wonderful. The staff were very gracious, friendly and helpful. It is a lovely facility, clean and quiet. Located conveniently just far enough away from the crowds, but close enough for access to all the wonderful activities Capri has to offer,

Review 21：Excellent location and a gorgeous classic Italian hotel. The pool areas is lovely and you are right in the heart of a very chic, upper class, luxury Italian getaway. Boutiques, restaurants and wine bars all on your door step. The room was spacious and very modern/vintage Italian.

We had the swimming pool to ourselves, which was great ! The staff was helpful. In general the Hotel is really nice and calm, with a great view.
