Review 1：very poor maintanance, bed and accessories are so poor ,ugly too.rest all are good.They are not agreeing check-in time payment ,they are taking advance strictly and according to their manager they don't have credit terms with booking.com.Rest are okay.

Review 3：Overall experience was not up to the expectations. - Timings for availability of hot water makes it inconvenient for people with children. Even for people who prefer to really relax during their vacation will get frustrated over this as their hot water supply is only from (7- 11 morning & evening) so though you are on vacation but you have to wake up in time and take a bath. - Timings for availability of room heating....so damn frustating. their centralised heaters dont work properly and takes hours to heat up the rooms. it is also time bound, so if you want to sleep till late in the morning ..sorry you will just have think twice about it as this facility is also available only between 7-11 mor & eve. - Food buffet, limited variety and as per the price it is expensive. (Rs. 1100 pp dinner & lunch, Rs. 750. breakfast) - maintenance & cleanliness of room is poor. - activity area - smelly and dingy. no proper games to play everything broken and worn out.

Review 4：Our trip was planned just on the last minute and we wasn't even sure whether we would be able to make it so I booked this resort online and got the option of paying for stay at the resort (which is highly appreciated on their part) I even spoke to their reservation manager about this so he accommodated us in a so called premium room but it was the coldest and least maintained room in the resort i guess. We had to change our resort the very next morning as we got up late and coudnt even take bath due to non availability of hot water.

Review 5：Not at all value of money, they don't even offer complimentary water bottles, they charge exhorbitantly for breakfast and dinner buffets. Too expensive for what they offer.

Review 7：Monkey entered my room in morning. ate my Birthday Cake. I was scared. Hotel should check all these things before checkin and should inform this to customer. House keeping might have left the window open.

Review 8：Staff was courteous. Location is awesome. Room service is also very good. The Open Dinning hall is great place to sit have food and enjoy the pine forest. You can sit there enjoy beer/coffee with nature at its best.
