Review 1：I have booked a pool villa resort. The hotel gives us a premier room instead. And said that that pool villa is not ready. When we go to the premier room. We found that that villa is occupied by other instead. We insist to have pool villa. We finally can stay at the pool villa as we dont accept the preimer room.

Review 2：dirty sheet first day (was changed upon request). on the worse side of peninsula, no swimming in the sea, go to some hotel on the other side, beaches are much better there.

Review 4：Asked for quite a few different things always running out eg sprite,vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream,the breakfasts are boring I asked for chocolate mouse for 10 days never had it. Not having clean towels everyday.
