Review 2：Everybody in the hotel were very nice and very helpful. They advance booked our ski equipment and passes and were most helpful with questions. Food and drink in hotel was very good.

Review 4：Excellent location, quite place, there a lot fresh forest and mountain air, closed to different points of activity( to ski mountains, to walk-tracking routes, canyons and etc.) Ski Resort is just opposite hotel, ski tracks are good for beginners. Easy to go by car to Bergamo and surround areas, breakfast is simple and nourishing, but quite enough to be active till late lunch, room is clean and cosy, excellent central heating. Staff is very useful, polite and patient, gives a lot additional information about resort.
