Review 1：The lounge area, the only place from where we can access WIFI, could be made more cozy and peppy.

Review 2：A very peaceful location. Very helpful and considerate. The aura of this place is very welcoming.

Review 3：Breakfast is mostly Indian (non occidental) and without fruits, but not a bad point (it's in India!). Internet only at the lobby

Review 5：yougman taking breakfast orders rather moody, indian guests staying for newyear were rather noisey with no consideration for other guests,barking dogs some nights worse than others, local town of patnem has a general problem with packs of dogs in town and on the beach which some visitors had a genuine concern about, the goan tourist authority should do somthing about it, not nice to see dogs doing their business on the beach.

Review 28：The deluxe room didn't have a fridge, no arrangements for earlymorning tea and no wifi in the room. Couldn't get WiFi in the lobbyas well though it was promised.

Review 29：I liked this hotel because of the price in Goa and the comforts itoffered. I could sit in a balcony and enjoy the sight of mango trees asif I am sitting in my own house. The beach was only 15 min.walk and thefood in the restaurant was very good. A couple of staff spoke my nativetongue and took good care of us for 3 nights

Review 36：An amazing hotel, only 12months old, so everything is like New. The rooms and surrounding corridors are spotless, perfect for business, leisure, family or friends holidaying. The hotel is in an ideal location 10 minutes from Patenam and palolem, accessible either walking ir rickshaw. It has a quiet beach located 2 minutes walk & is located away from the mayhem of patnem & palolem. Very friendly staff who helped resolve a booking & banking issue, made our life so easy & comfortable. Amazing place & Deepak the manager is worth his weight in gold. Perfect hotel.
