Review 1：Pool was too cold. Drainage leaked out to the floor in every shower.

Review 2：Great location, bus station in the front of the hotel, and the beach 5 meter from the hotel, stores and restaurants 1-2 minutes walk. Hotel's restaurant with view to the sea. 10 minutes drive to Hersonissos and Malia. Nikolas from car rental was very very nice and useful.

Review 3：Had to sit in reception for wi-fi. However there was life before the Internet!

Review 4：Hotel set in lovely picturesque grounds rooms are spacious and clean. Last day we check out at midday flight not til 9pm however they let us have a room to shower and freshen up before leaving at 6pm.

Review 5：*Need to pay for wifi in the room, it was not very expensive, but we expected that the wifi will be free in 5 stars hotel. There's free wifi in the lobby. *We booked the half-board package so we had to pay extra money for drinks in the dinner.We tried to talk with the restaurant manager but he couldn't help us. *The beach is not really the hotel's property, so the sun beds cost 8 euro per day.

Review 6：The room was very clean. The location is great, the team was very nice and the food was really good. We get the room early in the morning without problems. The hotel is very beautiful the pools are great and the beach is very nice and clean.

Review 7：As we went in the beginning of the spring season not much animation or play area was set up for kids. You have to pay to use the sauna and steam room, which really should be included in a 5* resort.

Review 8：All staff really friendly, above all Mario at the restaurant evidently enjoys going above and beyond his daily duties. Setting, location, swimming pools all contribute for a great place to chill out and kids to run about.

Review 9：I really did not like the amount of people smoking in the restaurant on the outside terrace. When you just sit down to lunch and you have people touching distance smoking it is really unpleasant. I felt that smoking should be in designated areas such as the bar, not where people are eating, especially as a family with young children who are not used to this.

Review 10：The hotel and grounds were beautiful, it was lovely being so close to the sea and to have such a wonderful view. The hotel staff make you feel very welcome, the animation team were superb and our children ask every day if we can go back to Blu Sea. We thought the food offered lots of variety, we were there for 9 days. The pools are a little small but with the extensive gardens and the beach just opposite there is always somewhere to sit and relax.

Review 11：we booked de luxe bungalow with sea view-did not expect to have coast road with considerable motor and pedestrian traffic obscuring view and access to beach-picture on website very misleading-we were not happy about this and have taken many photos showing buses, vans and people on road. We await comments from you and hotel

Review 16：When we arrived our room was not available and we were given a "family room" (quote reception)...however this "family room" was outside the hotel and very bad (2 star hotel room). This hotel cannot be trusted!

Review 17：wifi non existent 99% of the time. Food was repetitive and a bit boring. Hotel doesnt own the beach so beach located sunbeds are paid extra. The pools are small.

Review 18：Good atmosphere. Animators were great... had something to do all day!!! Staff was generally helpful and nice . Relatively clean place. Location was ok. Plenty of food. Good value for money for Crete i guess.

Review 19：The day we arrived we got room non related to 5 star hotel. It was old facility out of hotel area even seaprated with mesh and close to main road. Inside was poor like i booked 3 star hotel and pay 50 euro instead 179 per night. We were accepted as losers. I bet they gave our number to somebody else and tried to find solution. They called that number standart number, but pics in booking.com were different. After long fighting the next day they gave us a real standart number plus sea view. Also we fighted for discount for the first night, but they off just 29 euro which was laughly. So be carefull while book standart number at this hotel. Beach was small, across the road and you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella even if the beach related to the same hotel. Sea is always with sea grass and most of the time are waves because of North side. But if you go deeper the sea is clear. They have just 3 small pools, 2 of them sticked together. Ala card restaurant is one and alone and nobody goes there when you have all inclusive. Drinks in bars are limited. You can get towels in the bar only when you leave deposite.

Review 20：Animation was excellent except night programms. Animators were friendly and lovely. We got close with them. Activities were interesting and well performed. Food was good. All inclusive was good except drink in the bars. That was not all inclusive we had in Turkey which was perfect.

Review 21：-The surrounding buıldings around the hotel are too close. -Can not be named a classical resort hotel becouse of the neighbouring buildings. -Price is expensive compared to similar standard hotels in Greece & Turkey.

Review 22：-Excellent friendly staff. -Close to Heraklion.(20 minutes drive) -Food quality was good. -Location is good in the sense that you want to utilize the beach as well as you take daily tours similtaneously at the same day.

Review 23：We were surprised how many mosquitos try to get you in the night. You need to buy immediately some repellent and avoid open windows during night. The housekeeping is understaffed and sometimes it takes almost all day to get room cleaned.

Review 24：The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. Background of the hotel brings plenty of possibilities how to spend time with them.

Review 25：Advertised as all inclusive however when we arrived we were given a listof what was included and what was not. Food was basic, non traditionaland was more or less the same each night/day. Bars/coffee thatwere supposed to be open closed before closing time. Staff were not asfriendly as the rest of the Cretean people. No wifi in room. Bar fridgewas empty. Internet in common area computers occupied by kids playinggames the entire time.

All the pools were full of screaming children andno sunbeds anywhere near the infinity pool, but still full of children.Not enough sunbed for the guests and not five star at all.....Food okbut not 5 star.
