Review 1：The only thing I didn't like was that the shower towels were a little bit rough.

Review 5：The room was very dirty when we checked in. It was peak season but that should never be an excuse for poor housekeeping. The room was small and only had a view of the garden/pool. For the price we would have expected more, but you pay for the location at this hotel.

Review 29：For five of us, girlfriends, had booked a triple room and a twin. The twin was fine, but our triple was so small we had three single beds pushed close together. After complaining, we were quickly moved to a "junior suite" which had twin beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast was grim, from the horrible coffee and tea, nasty pink sausages and greasy bacon, to the tinned fruit.

Review 30：Its location was excellent, the entrance and reception areas were spacious, light and nicely appointed (except for a huge smelly, dying lily arrangement which carried on dying for two days!) the pool and terraces were ok. Staff ok too.

Review 31：Gorgeous and spacious room, decorated in soothing earth toned washed linens, with two dramatic windows that open onto a roomy balcony. Lovely staff, very helpful when our bag was lost at Naples airport and very nice bartender/waiter who we spoke to about Capri, Siena, Brooklyn etc. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Review 32：The hotel was not clean. When I entered my room there were leftover hairs of various sizes and colours all over- one in the sink, a few more in the shower, and when I went to put my umbrella down in a corner I was afriad to put it down because of the collection of dirt and hairs. I asked the cleaning staff to come back in. Even so, I then noticed that one of my shower gels was dirty and half used but had been put back for me or old foamy soap on the backsplash tile behind the sink. My quality of sleep was not good because the door is very thin and so I could hear every sound from people coming up the stairs and speaking to each other and going into their rooms.

Review 33：This hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Capri. Every time I had a question the staff was very helpful in answering and making suggestions (although I needed to ask the question and was not provided the information beforehand- such as "where is breakfast", "how do I get my luggage down to the port", "can you make the boat reservation" etc.

Review 34：My room wasn't properly clean: dust everywhere, especially on the bedside table. Tv offered just few channels and the tv signal was awful.

Review 35：Rooms are very nicely decorated but tired. The Hotel is beautiful but in need of renovation, especially the rooms and corridors. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the "piazzetta" and the beautiful Tiberio gardens.

Review 36：The restaurant was more than dissapointing. It was our wedding aniversary and we reserved a table. There was no menu, and the head waiter told us what we could have which was no fish, just meat and nothing for my vegetarian wife. Breakfast the next morning was some stale pastrys, hard bread rolls and coffee, no fruit juice or cerials. It turned out the hotel was closing that day for the winter, such a shame, nobody told us this when we booked.

Review 37：The hotel was beautiful in a great location. with stunning views and a lovely balcony. The staff were all very friendly except the restaurant manager who was very hard to understand and decided what we should eat with no regards to personel tastes ie vegetarian, all he offered was a veal cutlet in breadcrumbs for our romantic meal. Needless to say we eventually walked out

Review 40：Completely not professional, not helpful and rude personnel of the hotel(especially at the reception) from the moment of arrival till the momentof departure, poor breakfast (no fruit, no vegetables + poor service),plastic glasses in the restaurant, no simple useful things in the roomfor the price more than 250 eur per night (no slippers, no bathrobe, nopaper tissues, no enough towels, no waste-bin in the room), also instantcoffee (in Italy!) in the hotel bar which costs 4 eur - this is a 2-starhotel for the price of 5-star.

Review 41：Very, very slow serving at the breakfast. Every morning we got the tea and coffee AFTER that we had eaten our breakfast. We had to remind the servants all over again for to get the coffee, that was really irritating. The Reception staff was overall friendly and nice, with an exception for one that didn't find our room key and tried to cheat us for something we didn't had from the minibar.
