Review 1：The smell of perfume of the bed sheets was a bit too strong. There are many other apartments in the historical center of Skradin.

Review 3：Very nice house and extraordinary owner (speaks german because she lived in cologne for many years). Breakfast possible to be eaten on the balcony with nice view on the garden and city/lake of Skradin. We would definitely recommend this location, which was also very clean, had a lately renovated bath on the room, air conditioning and shared kitchen.
Review 4：A very well located house with a beautiful garden. Clean and well equipped although a little old fashioned interior. The land- lady is very nice , she tried her best to be helpful(doesn't speak much English...). This is a great option for a short stay if you plan on visiting Krka waterfalls.We left our car at the house and walked to the ferry boat (a 5-7 min. walk).

Review 6：Very easy to find,with easy car parking, and only a few minutes walk into the village and shops, although peacefully situated. Enjoyed watching the tortoises in the garden.
Review 7：The accommodations were located within 5 minutes walking distance from the city-center of Skradin, where you can easily make it to Krka National Park. The host was very nice and, even though there was a language barrier, made sure we had everything we needed.

Review 10：The lovely couple who owned Guesthouse Erceg were fantastic and helped us throughout our stay. We had plenty of space and all the facilities we needed. There was even a family of tortoises in the backyard! It was very close to the port and town and easy to find.

Review 12：Very close to town, lovely owner, very kind to the children, showing them her pet turtles. She also washed our clothes, ironed them and folded them beautifully!
Review 13：The water pipes hadn't been turned on for our stay and we couldn't figure out why there was no water at first. The landlady disappeared and was difficult to reach when we wanted to leave.

Review 15：This guesthouse is a treasure in Skradin. We reserved a double room but were given an apartment. This may be the cleanest place we've stayed. There is a beautiful garden, patio, wifi excellent and is perfectly located.

Review 18：It's very homey, feels like you are staying with a Croatian family. Nice kitchen, has everything. Bed is comfy. The hosts will let you leave the car for whole day after you check out while visiting the park

Review 20：We enjoyed 3 nights at this cost apartment about a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Skradin. A lovely and quiet location, with a private terrace and beautiful garden to relax after a long day. Very Clean and comfortable with a friendly and accommodating owner. A/C and free parking too!
Review 21：the town of Skradin is fantastic (small historical but still not too crowded), the host, Zumareta, is absolutely hospitable (everyday she brought us fruit from her garden), the house is clean and comfortable and the garden is lusciously green. We would love to return but for a longer time!

Review 23：Perfect location. Great garden to relax. Just one day but is perfect for longer stay (visit crowded cities/beaches and then return to this oasis). Very friendly landlady who speaks perfect german. We had an appartment on the ground floor, what a place! With own private terrace.
