Review 1：We booked last minute, as an overnight stop, as we were travelling down to Tuscany. A lovely little find, and providing your car is not big, there is private underground car park. The guys on the desk in the evening were very helpful. The bedroom was huge, very clean and comfortable, and a lovely en suite. Breakfast was included also, and was an excellent buffet. We found Allesandria to be a great stop off, a great town.

Review 2：The access into and out of the parking was a bit challenging. The parking also cost 5Euro which were not told of when we arrived. The Hotel took the payment straight from our credit card which we hadn't expected. Our GPS took us to a street with the same name 10Kms away which happens a lot. The address needs to be clearer.

Review 3：Once you got inside the doors the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast was great. The staff were all really friendly.

Review 5：Old hotel situated in the center of city. Clean and comfortable, but refurbishment should be considered. Parking available in front of the hotel, garage is not acceptable for larger cars/suv/minivans. Good breakfast.

Review 23：Parking arrangements dreadful. Receptionist felt that our car (a ToyotaAvensis) was 'too large' to put in the underground garage, so weparked in a very restricted space and had to reverse on to road nextday, though we did receive help with this. Wifi did not immediately workand we were referred to their sister-hotel 400 metres away for thatpurpose. Later they managed to get the wifi running. We had oneunfortunate occurrence where a chair in the room collapsed (seat backgave way). Person fell backwards and was lucky not to have sustained ahead injury. The hotel staff were understanding and immediately replacedthe chair with a safe one. No restaurant other than for breakfast thoughwe were referred to sister hotel with 20% discount. Food there was goodthough portions were minute. Meal very expensive, even after discount.

Review 24：Nice large air-conditioned room and bathroom. Everything worked wellexcept that the shower water-pressure was erratic. Everywhere around thehotel clean, bright and cheerful. Staff receptionist friendly andhelpful and spoke good English. Central location handy for railwaystation. Old 19th century part of town with great character and a kindof decrepit charm.
