Review 1：The hotel and its staff needs a serious revamp. The beds were old, we did not sleep. The passages were noisy during the night. The bathrooms very old and shower not great. The drawer In the cupboard had chipped wood. The breakfast below average with egg cold and very oily.

Review 4：The doors of the rooms are flimsy, they have no insulation whatsoever. The result is that one wakes up in the middle of the night by noisy people passing outside one's door! This is a great disadvantage.

Review 9：We had a three-day stay at the hotel with my husband and our 1,5 year old daughter. Once we arrived at the hotel for the check-in we were offered a room upgrade from a double room to a mini-suite at the same price. This was a really nice surprise that we appreciated, since the new room was very spacey and comfortable, with a fireplace and a large bathroom.They also provided us a baby cot. In that case, the value for money was really worth it, but I believe that otherwise, the real price of the specific room category is too high. The facilities of the hotel are also very good, there is a lot of space to sit and relax and a swimming pool.

Review 10：- rooms were not at all sound proof,we could here people talking,walking as if there were no doors or walls in the room -all the photos in booking.com show the suites and the standard rooms in reality are horrible! The rooms are super old,the bathroom horrible with cracks everywhere -staff not helpful at all,they cared only for their money and not to keep us sarisfied. -Insanely expensive for the room that we got! -we had 2 extremely single beds put together for a double bed -the hotel is very old and what you get does not justify the price you need to pay!

Review 14：Soundproofing is almost absent at this hotel , so if someone will hit the door hard at first floor noise could reach at 3nd floor rooms. Rooms are very very warm during night covers of bed as well, so I had to open window in order to have a pleasant sleep. I expected staff to be more friendly and high age of it , its not something that you see at hotels. Its not bad , but it was obvious that they didn't do everything with good mood. Smile it was something that was missing by them.

Review 16：The hotel was far too noisy, no carpets to reduce noise, the doors banging, you could hear everything. Old construction never renovated. Many young people gathering and being loud the whole evening, they were smoking in the rooms, the smoke would come into our rooms, so we were sleeping in cigarette smoke. We were complaining to the front desk but they would not stop them. The rooms are all non-smoking though. The rooms are in 70-style, not nice. Value for money (we paid an expensive Christmas rate),poor.

The double room had a great view but it was a terrible room in comparison with the chalet althought the price pro person was almost the same the cleaning lady was very very polite and helpful , the politest person of the hotel

Review 44：We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we are very satisfied. The staff was vey friendly, the room was clean and we had a view in the mountain. Also, breakfast had a wide variety of things and there was an interior pool free of charge!! We will definitely book again in this hotel!

Hair was all over the place and the water was changing from hot to cold continuously and without pressure so it took lot of time to wash out ourselves. We have asked to fix it up but there was no action from their side. There was a lot of noise during the morning because of children and dogs that were running around the corridor. Review 78：the second night a heavy rainstorm meant going out for dinner wasn't possible but we couldn't use the hotel restaurant because they were catering only for tour buses. One of the tour buses was a group of Italian students who ran havoc in the corridors till 4am. Not the hotels fault but i couldn't get an answer from reception and had to go ask the kids to go to bed myself, didn't see any staff. Breakfast the following morning had been well ravaged before we got there. No room info, no minibar, no real comforts... best left for the tour buses not independent travelers.

Review 81：The hotel was a few kilometers outside the village of Arachova in a wonderful setting. The views from our room were amazing. We arrived late afternoon and it was nice to find out from the reception employee that there was a shuttle bus running from the hotel to the village and back starting 10pm until 3am. Especially since there was no parking available in the village. Breakfast was good but nothing special.

Review 94：They advertised having free internet down in the lobby, but it we could only get it for a couple minutes at a time. It was off more than on. The indoor heated pool was cold.

Review 108：The room was not the proper for three people (2 adults and a boy of 11 years old), the third bed was an uncomfortable one. The room view was a disaster, and the room cleanliness was the worst ever.

Overall, Arachova hasEuropean prices for third world services. I would not stay there again.
