Review 1：It was the end of November; No Heating et all... They gave us a room heater but it was broken... After multiple complaints the heater was replaced but doesn't improve the situation (it was too small for the room)... The access to hotel is very shabby with cars parked in front - followed by broken stairs to lift (which was under renovation). No directions either to find the entrance from the main road. The bathroom fan never stopped while our stay - so it was a cold chamber. It wasn't comfortable to stay but the location was good...

Review 3：The entrance to the building is through a parking lot and stairs. My mum struggled as its quit far from the entrance of the parking lot to the entrance of the hotel. I would have never booked it , if that was the case

Review 18：The location of the hotel was very good, very close to mall road. The view from the hotel was nice, u cud watch the entire city from above. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to who ever travels to simla.

Review 25：Cheekiness. We had confirmed booking for two rooms with a good price--thanks to Bookings.com. Day before arriving we rang the hotel to confirmit. The bloke at the other end said there was no such booking and triedto sell us the rooms at, at least 25% higher price! He was notinterested in listening to us or helping us in anyway--like tracing ourbooking. Obviously, we did not trust him. When we rang Bookings.comnumber (very helpful) they contacted the hotel and suddenly our bookingwas found and there was no problem!! You have been warned. Make sure youcheck your booking before you leave and confirm the price you arepaying. Wi-fi reception is poor and has to be renewed every day. On thefirst night we were woken up by the noise of dog-fights on the road(wish the govt. Did something about lots of stray dogs--watch out forthem at late night--even on the Mall). Reception area is small and ismanned by blokes. Ok and nothing against them but it would be nice tosee a smiling lady as well!
