Review 1：Located in the Capri district overlooking the ocean and used-to-be monastery, I must say the location was wonderful. Access from the marina is not difficult and the staffs at the hotel were nice and warm.

Review 2：Took the 30m junior suite for 225 euros a night it was very luxurious, beautifully designed, staff was incredible, cleaned our room every time we went out of the room! breakfast was amazing and served directly to room. view was outstanding and location is perfect

Review 3：Very small thing- but as I get older, steps are becoming more tiring. Some of the rooms, including ours, required climbing two flights of stairs.

Review 4：Staff was fabulous-Antonio, Nunzio, Fabrizio, and Bruno-all did their very best every day to make us welcome and to feel totally at home while away from home. Location is superb-a short walk to the center of town. If you exit the hotel and walk to the left, in a short time you will find yourself at a bakery and gelateria that is the best on the island.

Perfect location- minutes walk to the square, but secluded from the main surge of tourists during the day. Services and professionalism beyond that of 4* hotel!

Review 7：Other then the location, the hotel is equal to a 2 star hotel. We were placed in the back of the hotel in a very dark room with poor wifi. If you don't get a seaview room, more likely your room will be dark and basic. The bathroom was very simple and smelly, the shower super small and hard to get in. The breakfast mostly bread and cakes, however the breakfast staff was very nice. The woman at the reception desk was not a happy person, most of the time she seemed bothered when we asked her a question. She was there most of the time, there were 2 other gentlemen who were more helpful. The pool is very small, but you can see that in the picture. There are plenty of hotels everywhere, don't go here, does not worth it.

Review 10：Great location easily accessed from the funicular up from the port, but with great south facing view from room, balcony, pool and breakfast area over old monastery with gardens to the bay below Capri. The staff were all very helpful, with receptionist in particular being happy to answer questions, providing useful advice on local walks, timescales, and dining suggestions. Very relaxing stay.

Review 11：Room was a bit spartan, and could benefit from better appointments. Should have electronic key entry (the notion of having to return the key is a bit antiquated and somewhat unsafe). Elevator was tiny and uncomfortable.

Review 12：Room was spacious and I liked that it had two bathrooms and lots of storage space. Room appointments were not very old, and this was good. Shampoos, soaps, etc. were good too. Shower was cramped but the unit in place was very good.

Review 14：The friendly, helpful Team set the atmosphere for a great stay at Flora. Antonio and Nunzia at the front desk are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Their positive attitude filters through to Bruno and all the rest of the gang there.

Review 17：I spent one night in Hotel Flora with my husband and 9 year old son in July 2015. We had no trouble finding the hotel. Hotel Flora is a beautiful property with a view of the waters off of Marina Piccola. It is also very close to the main square. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. We loved our room. It was very spacious and clean. The pool is fantastic and there is a wonderful menu for eating on the pool deck. We will definitely return to Hotel Flora the next time we visit Capri.

Review 18：It is a quaint little hotel , with fantastic views and wonderful staff . The breakfast was good , but no coffee or tea facilities in the room . The hotel has a lovely pool area as well . The balcony had an exceptional view of Capri :)

Review 25：Perfect location. Could not be better if you want to visit Capri. Right in the center, 100 meters off the main walkway. Quiet, and overlooking the garden and monastery. Staff is excellent. Bruno is a perfect host. You do not need to plan anything upfront. Bruno is full of ideas and provides you with the addresses needed.

Review 26：We were a young couple and were more than satisfied about everything. Very close to the main square, 1 min. walk. In addition very quiet and peaceful. The view is greate. Just nothing unpleasant. Will definitely come back again.

Didn't have a room with seaview but could still have partial views which were amazing (room 86). Very friendly staff!

All of the staff were wonderful- friendly and knowledgeable- can not say enough nice things about the staff. Breakfast was smaller, but had everything you needed plus they would make eggs to order, not at all common in other hotels. I would stay here if I have the chance to visit Capri again.

Review 71：Dont go by the room pictures. What they offer is different compared to the website photos. Old furnitures in the room. Breakfast is horrible and they dont even provide drinking water in the room being a 4 star. Very expensive and not worth the price. No bath slippers provided in the room as well.
