Review 1：Very noisy between one room and the others, no isolation at all!

Review 3：The room in which we stayed needs to be refurbished! There were cracks in the wall, the walls were dirty and the bathroom needs some maintenance. The TV was tiny, we could not watch it from the bed.
Review 4：I loved the bistro, bar and the staff who were very helpful and super efficient. The restaurant's menu looked amazing, we'll have to go back and try it.

Review 7：Staff where great as we arrived late, took us to the car park and walked us back to the hotel, rooms where better than we expected for the price we paid. My husband loved that we where on a diffent floor to my parents. Breakfast was fab, all you wanted and as much as you could eat.

Review 11：Very hard bed Public areas have been updated but bedroom very tired. Grubby walls. Valet parking was available on arrival but on departure we were told to go and find our car ourselves several streets away.

Review 16：Comfortable clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel and Alessandria is a fantastic city with fabulous restaurants which are very reasonably priced.
Review 17：Food selection at breakfast was limited. Restaurant seemed reluctant to accept us for an evening meal without a delay of 30 minutes although there were no guests in the dining room. Bar hours limited. Furniture in the dining room areas and bar were more suited to garden use.

I had a small bottle of water from their minibar as the evening meal as too tired to go out and forage for food in a deserted town at 9 pm. Quite dissapointing for this type of a hotel

Impossible to sleep with the system on, but also impossible to sleep for the hot temperature with the system off. 2) Asked to book a table in a restaurant, the concierge (who suggested the restaurant) said it was not necessary, but when at the restaurant it was full. 3) Waited for a long time to get the key of the room. 4) Not received the usual information like range of time of the breakfast (deadline). It ended at 10.00!!! (but it is normally later in summer time) and got breakfast elsewhere. 5) Not got the kind of room booked
