Hotel Excelsior Parco sells fast on our site. Featuring a free shuttle service from Capri's Marina Grande port, just over a quarter mile away, the Art-Nouveau Hotel Excelsior Parco features 2 hot tubs with panoramic views and a rooftop garden. Wi-Fi is free throughout.

Review 1：The place is beautiful, but in the rooms, the ceiling on the 2nd floor is very short. They tell you up front it is lower, but at 6 feet, my head could brush the ceiling.

Review 2：The view from the top of the property is amazing. The staff is so accommodating, the breakfast wonderful, and the transportation prompt and reliable.

Review 4：The hotel is located close to Grand Marina ( 300 meters uphill) with a nice view over the sea. The service is excellent ( a great staff overall): very good recommendations to visit the island, a driver (free) to bring you to the Capri village and to the port and a restaurant team really at the top.

The room was lovely, the large balcony with the hot tub was fabulous, breakfast on the terrace was excellent, the car and driver made getting around so easy. A perfect experience.

Very helpful and professional with assisting our group. The driver was fantastic and helpful also. Breakfast was off the chart. It was really great!

I think it was the best service we ever had a hotel and we have been to many. The facility was so comfortable and the views spectacular. The breakfasts were better than any other in Italy. it was pricey but worth every penny.

Review 14：A beautiful and romantic island with a hotel that provides the perfect setting to put you at your ease. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and keen that you have all you could need to experience the beauty of Capri. In years of travel we have never stayed anywhere better.

Review 15：For future stays at Excelsior Parco, I would make sure I won't stay at their loft room. The online photos didn't represent the room we stayed in. I was attracted to the room arrangement for its multiple beds as our daughter's initially planned to join us for part of the trip.

Review 26：No bad experience, but it is situated on the only road from port to Capri town, so is very busy, difficult and dangerous to walk along and far from attractions, restaurants etc. This meant either a long walk (our preference) or waiting for a shuttle. Staff told us about some attractions but were not very well informed about them, perhaps being used to more sedentary guests.

Review 30：The grounds are beautiful! It's a classic building with amazing details. The personal attentiveness by the staff is what makes it worth staying here. The breakfast is delicious, great selection and everything is organic. They do a great job helping their guests plan their day and getting them around the island. We will stay here again.

Review 32：the buffet breakfast left lots to be desired... we ordered room service for dinner and it was terrible! I have eaten worse pasta in the worst restaurant in Singapore. lets not forget Capri is in Italy! I also paid 25 euros for it. the breakfast that was served in the room was not much better... the eggs were dry and tasteless. we checked out before 9am and was informed that we had to pay for our own transportation to the dock as the driver did not start work till 9am.. that was 15 euros for a 3 mins drive.

Review 41：This is s tiny establishment, it often struggles to cope with the 'normal' functions of a quality hotel. The hot tub is a great asset [on each of the upper room balconies] BUT - we were amazed to find that they have ZERO policy around WHEN they can be used! Do you fancy being kept awake at 1:00 am by the sounds of a Jacuzzi motor/pumps plus the sounds of a couple preparing/using/sorting out the whole thing? No? Then BEWARE! Plus, you should take into account that you simply cannot walk to/from this hotel, it is on a dangerous and 'fast' stretch of narrow road, curving with blind corners and a risk to anyone on foot. The hotel shuttle car is essential again and again and again.

Review 45：One of their Snr. Sri Lankans staff, he should be mindful of how he should greet guests of the hotel. Before we could ask for our morning coffee during breakfast, he responded to us with a "yeah?" We were dumbfounded for a second, couldn't even get our request out of our mouth.

We were able to walk out of our room into the garden and upon request the staff brought us two glasses of wine, cheese and some crackers. The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. They had a car and driver that would transport us to local locations. The hotel had a car that picked us up at the ferry, back to the harbor, off to the town of Capri. They had a spa on the roof with a super view. Breakfast was good too.

Review 50：I can't think of anything, the only negative that I can recall is that it's a little noisy especially if you're sitting in your terrace or eating at their restaurant. There's a constant stream of two wheelers accelerating their bikes as they begin their ascend to the Capri center.

Marco the driver took us to the hotel, the rooms are beautiful and everything is well appointed. The hotel is so charming and so are its people. Highly recommended!

Review 52：The driver and the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is not located in center, the shuttle service is very convenient. Luckily we had our room upgraded, however the refrigerator had two fruit bowls from previous residents and its frezze function didn't work. But the staff came to understand the situation immediately and let us upgrade to bigger room again.

The reception on the roof-top drink with complementary croissants was so incredible I felt like royalty. Parco as perhaps the pinnacle of quiet luxury.With only 11 rooms, it is one of the best kept secrets in Italy. Theroom decor is museum quality but inviting, comfortable and luxurious (Ithink we slept on silk sheets) ! While some people may prefer to stayright in the heart of the harbor of Capri, my wife and I preferred thequieter location just outside of the “action.” The huge terrace had aharbor view, and a postcard worthy, panoramic view of Mt. Vesuviusacross the Bay of Naples. There were exceptional, unexpected,complimentary surprises throughout our brief stay (2 nights, 2 and1/2 days) like an antipasto plate with a cold bottle of Moët ChandonRose champagne in their cozy garden while we waited for our room to beprepared (we arrived very early in the day and management wanted to makesure our brief wait would be comfortable), and two cold flutes ofLimoncello after an in-room lunch. Upon our departure, my wife was givena handmade, long silk scarf which she chose from a collection of 20 orso colors and styles, so that we would always remember our stay in Capriat the Hotel Excelsior Parco.Our room was described as the original owner's bedroom, so it would be wise to ask to see photos of the other 10 rooms for comparison purposes. We did not have time to see one. Madame Vivian, who seems to always be available, oversees an exceptional staff and the hotel's custom complimentary car service, courtesy of Andres (spelling?) who doubles as a local guide and historian, saves money, time and hassles.
