Review 1：many stairs without en elevetor, there is wifi only down in the reception (not in the rooms) and it doesn't work when we were there. the shower wasn't good. and the place is very expensive for this kind of hotel

Review 5：The hotel isn't on Mall road, it's about a 10-15 minute walk up hill to Mall road. The Hotel is still being built so most rooms are like a building site. When we arrived they tried to down grade us into a windowless room without a shower until we pointed out that this was not what we were paying for. The room they moved us too was better but still seemed half built- cardboard still covering the windows! We still had a good time and Shimla was lovely but I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 10：Expensive for the quality, the close by parking is too expensive (we paid 450 Rupees for 1 day), internet is available only in a small public areas. I could not also make a good relation with the people of the hotel, I was a little angry of not answering the phone by them when I reached the hotel and they made me much more angry.

Review 11：Everything. I was travelling with my Family Consisting my parents and a 1.5 yr old daughter. We booked a family room but were given a Double Room with two "worst" extra beds kept in the room. There was no Heating in the room and when asked, they told that 1 heater will cost 250 Rupees that too they will take it back at 11 pm (When generally people are about to sleep....) The bathroom was horrible and the room was also congested as we were squeezed in a double room. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone...

Review 13：Everything!!! We booked three rooms there for one night. We consisted of an elderly couple, a young couple with an eight month old baby and a bachelor. First of all there were no lifts and they did not help with our luggage. We had to climb all the way up to the top with our luggage. Secondly the cleanliness was really bad. The quality of mattress & kambal were poor. The bathroom had leak. It was damn cold & yet the rooms did not have any heater. They charged extra Rs.250 for heater. The three heaters we had, out of which two heaters were not properly working. When called the reception, they said to send a person to check but no one came. They do not provide receipt for the heater charge. I felt like they were there to rob us off with poor service and quality. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 17：The room looked much nicer on the internet than in reality (as is often the case...). The breakfast room is awful, but there are convenient alternatives for having breakfast along Mall Road. Since the road in front of the hotel is quite busy also at night, earplugs are a must!

Review 18：The hotel is very conveniently located just behind Victory Tunnel, and Mall Road is just a short and relaxed (uphill) walk away, without any car traffic.

Review 21：Owner was not friendly at all. He doesn't feel like wishing to his guest. There was only one guy who was doing housekeeping, room delivery for the whole hotel and he had no service manners.

Review 23：There was no money exchange at the hotel and I ran put of rupees but the staff didn´t seem very interested in my problem (so I had to travel back to Delhi with just 200 rupees in the wallet). I guess it was my own fault but they could have been more helpful. The food also took quite a long time to arrive and I didn´t like it that there were strickt times for breakfast/lunch/dinner times. It varies by country which time you eat so it doesn´t work that you define the times by the hotel.

Review 24：The landscapes very very nice, I had a mountain view from my hotel room window like I wanted. The cleanliness and the furniture was ok. The restaurant food was ok too and they had some western dishes too. The staff was nice and the man I think was maybe the manager was especially peaceful and I liked him. :) The picked me up from the station for free which was very nicely done. I took part in 2 of the hotel´s tours and they were nicely organised. Pony-riding, picknic places, Hanuman temple and so on. As a female-alone traveller I still enjoyed the tours and my stay in Shimla. I also got a free map of Shimla from the hotel and the mall road was quite easily found nearby the hotel (even though I do not recommend that for ill and elderly, it was some stares-climbling and walking uphills.)

Review 25：. Very badly managed infrastructure . Poorly lit rooms . No focus on cleanliness . Even in costliest room, honeymoon room, the water inlet tap in bathtub can fill only 1 bucket water in 15 min. When asked they said, isme se itna hi paani says hai... . The bathtub is exactly adjacent to dirty lavatory. You would not like to have bath in it. . Other than honeymoon room other Standard room extremely small. . All light fittings in the room are just coming out. I would never ever like to stay there again.

Review 64：My stay and experience was horrible the only thing you can rate a + to this hotel is that it is Located Near to the Mall Road and its just 15 minutes walk and they offer cheap stay, But beware they offer cheap Services and alot of hassles.

If we slip we will drop on the road.No lift facilities. Rooms ( So Called Suite ) Lacks basic amenities like safe lockers,cupboards,plug points for using hair dryer/charge themobiles,Wi-fi is available only in the reception area. Room heaters ( available only on rent ) that too inefficient.No toiletries. Room is unclean. and crudely cemented and painted. External Noises across other neighboring rooms and on the roofs make stay horrible and disturbed especially unable to sleep during the nights.No foods available as per menu and No restaurant.

Review 70：I stay with my wife from 28 Dec to 30 Dec 13 . My booking was from 12 o clock. But I reached 6 am morning,they allowed early check in. All staff are helpful. They arrange our sightseeing at very reasonable rate. Thanks to Ganga team for making my Shimla trip memorable in my life.Jayant Delhi.
