Reviews for Sea Life

Review 1:There was no buffet breakfast, only on Saturday morning, very disappointed. Also it was a bit too far from the town centre.

Review 2:We liked our room, they up grades us but we had power cuts for the first 2 nights ( just our room) . The staffs were nice and did their best but it was cold

Review 3:There was not enough light in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Could not find a place to shave properly. Very strange place for the refrigerator.

Review 4:Very big suit. Wonderful sea view.

Review 5:I travel a lot, particularly Israel, and obviously have stayed in somany hotels! But as far as this Hotel, I must say, I was extremelyimpressed with the hotel and its staff, In my opinion, it is definitelyone of the best iif not the best It was a very delightful stay and if Icould I would stay there for another month! I have already recommendedto all my friends! Thank u guys, see u in few months!

Review 6:Would have liked fresh fruits at breakfast. The spa treatment was great but no one was at the spa except for the people giving massages. I had to order at front desk. There was tea but no hot water or cups at the spa.

Review 7:I liked the room facing the ocean. I liked the quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast and service was fair but would have liked more variety and better service. The staff was very helpful The outdoor pool was pleasant I would have liked larger towels at the pool

Review 8:The hotel is quite far from the center with restaurants and the renovated boardwalk, you need your car. The boardwalk next to the hotel is just some concrete with lots of dirt around and also the beach is full of garbage and no swimming area around. For 225 USD$ a night you would at least expect fresh orange juice with the breakfast but they only had water with some taste of orange. For Nahariya this hotel is too pricey.

Review 9:Great swimming pool with nice view to the sea, as well as the spa is one of the best things in this hotel. The junior suite is very spacious, big bathroom and two rooms with two televisions with YES cable tv. For kids it's nice because you have next to the hotel a big playground, football and basketball fields.

Review 10:We ordered the junior suite with sea view. The hotel almost doesn't publish photos of the view from the rooms, and the reason is probably because the rooms which face the north-west side (roughly one third of the rooms, to my estimation) are viewing, besides the sea, also a soccer court and a parking lot. It felt like a misleading.

Review 11:The hotel has a great location being close to the beach and many attractions in the area; it is well decorated and maintained, and the staff was lovely.

Review 12:when we checked in the reception was not very friendly. was not given information about hotel or spa where things are located in the hotel.just handed a piece of paper in hebrew. did not have any in english. Should be more informative at front desk and smile!

Review 13:the hotel was nice clean. the spa was excellent. Had a wonderful massage.the room was very comfortable with a view of the sea.

Review 14:Awful experience with room: shower door didn't open, no pillow cases, no towels, poor wifi upon checkin. Had to change room, which took an hour after having unpacked (with 2 small kids). 2nd room had similar issues. Felt like a "beta test" for a new hotel which hadn't opened to the public (but it had). Front desk seemed to try and remedy but was getting orders from above not to try too hard. Seemed like it was recently, but poorly renovated (per the door not opening). 2nd bed for kids was not made. This shouldn't happen at a $300/night luxury hotel (in the middle of nowhere, not in Tel Aviv). Another e.g.: called front desk to advise no towels in the room. They sent 3 towels up (but we were 4 people, and they should have known). And so on. Would not recommend at this price point.

Review 15:Room was large and well laid out.

Review 16:Sink leaked, water from shower ran over bathroom floor, cleaners only replaced towels and didn't clean rooms, loud music at poolside. Restaurant not always open at night

Review 17:Location, style of junior suites, pool, breakfast

Review 18:Limited services when not fully booked, no stocking up of fridge and coffee machine on the second day! Overpriced wine for room service

Review 19:Great room, great view, great breakfast, great location, coffee machine and fresh tea in the room

Review 20:However, what surprised us a bit was that there seemed to be some lack of willingness or ability to keep the place at its intended standard. I´ll illustrate with a few examples that I hope the management can do something about to make the hotel really shine.* There were generous amounts of dust in the A/C grille; leaves us wondering what cleaning standards are in place.* Repair work in the ceilings and on the bathroom tiles / marble bench showed off a fairly basic level of craftsmanship, mismatched colour nuances and clumsy execution.* Lighting for the bathroom was inadequate and in particular if you needed a good view via the large mirror.* No place to put shower towels after use.* The shower door crashes against the shower head when opened.* The wall lamps in the corridors (leading to the rooms) had an antique touch that did not at all go with the rest of the hotel. (Who found those.. ?)* We wanted to go to the beach and it took about 2 hours to find the keys to open the gate.* We wanted to have a meal at the restaurant, which was supposed to open at 19:00. But it turned out to be closed.* We wanted some wine & snacks by the pool; this took close to 45 minutes and the snacks was really breakfast cereals. (No kitchen staff on duty it seemed.)* WiFi was free, but very poor and mostly unusable in our room on 3rd floor. However, on the ground floor the quality was excellent and I found myself a chair in a corner, along with another guest with the same problem.Perhaps something the hotel cannot be faulted for, but it would be nice if it could organise some regular cleaning of the beach in front of the hotel. There is a ton of rubbish on the otherwise excellent beach. (In fact, the Israeli public service should organise a "I want to clean my country day" and get schoolchildren and military out on the beaches and public places to pick up the rubbish that is detracting considerably from the joy that otherwise can be experienced...

Review 21:his highly rated hotel has an excellent location just a few meters from the beach, although separated by a fence surrounding the hotel garden and a small road running along the beach. The hotel has a modern minimalist style which we like a lot. In general the choice of furniture, fittings, wooden floors, marble tiles etc. is excellent. All rooms appear to have a small terrace (or two in some cases) and face the ocean, which allow a beautiful view of the sunset. A/C worked brilliantly; not always the case many places. The breakfast was a real treat, served at your table (so not buffet style), but with everything you can desire from an Israeli breakfast. It included a variety of fresh breads (including croissants), juices (not freshly made though) and an omelette cooked to order. Coffees in the quantities and varieties you desired. The staff is also very friendly.

Review 22:The rooms were ok, but maintenance can be better (air conditioner, doors)

Review 23:The staff (including manager) were very nice and helpful Breakfast was excellent!

Review 24:There should have been a comfortable armchair in the bedroom

Review 25:Thr pool was very clean and well supervised. Plenty of loungers and a grassy area as well as decking around the pool. The food was superb and plentiful. There was a selection for both children's palates and adults.

Review 26:WE FOUND THAT THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL.

Review 27:bathroom too large as expense of space in room.

Review 51:Beautiful decor, setting and city. Lovely staff and breakfast. Would definitely return!!

Review 52:Non-existent wifi and dirty pool. Come on Sea Life, these things keep coming up in reviews so sort it out and the hotel will be perfect.

Review 53:Location couldn't be better - heard the sound of waves from the room. Staff were really helpful and polite. Fruit sticks and fruit shakes given out around the pool. Big rooms with tons of space. Breakfast very nice, not at all as described in past reviews. Didn't want to leave.

Review 54:The hotel was not finished and that is not apparent from the website. We were the only guests there. Little snags in the room but not major.

Review 55:Location good by the sea. On the edge of Nahariya which was fine with a car. When the hotel is completed, it may offer a very welcome relaxing break. Excellent restaurant Banahala a pleasant stroll away, recommended by the hotel.

Review 56:Food quality, and selection was poor, lots of bugs , flies Room wasn't cleaned by hotel staff.

Review 57:Personalized care from staff, privacy, closeness to water

Review 58:A hair dryer in the bathroom would be a helpful touch.

Review 59:The location, of course, is perfect. But we also enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the hotel is. GREAT staff!!
