Review 1：No liquid or hand soap offered in bathrooms only a shower gel from a hard to operate dispenser, poor quality of mattress and pillows, indoor pool definitely not warm enough to enjoy. Had better value for similar pricing in other locations in Tyrol

Review 3：Large wellness center with sauna and pool included. Halfboard was on high level and you have some choice. Located just near lifts to Riffelsee (it's a bit smaller than Pitztaler Gletscher but its cosy and I like it more).

Review 4：As an international hotel I supposed to find more and more English informations like menu, brochures or general informations into the hotel. Beauty treatments a little bit expensive.

Review 8：The hotel description is not correct when it comes to WiFi: this is notavailable in the rooms. Instead, you get a long cable (in bad shape) toconnect, which of course does not help in any way for iPads or smartphones. There is WiFi only in one lunge area (reception provides acode), or in the annex pizzeria. Still, that WIFi is slow!! Big issue inthe 21sy century, especially for teenagers.... The elevator is extremelyslow and outdated. The Jacuzzis are too cool: 33 degrees only!! Dittofor the kids sauna.

Review 9：Friendly reception, even with welcome drink. Very good food; morningbuffet & evening salads (gourmet dishes served at table). Good wineselection (with knowledgable maitre). Our room (superior, corner, viewin direction of the glacier) was very cosy, and well equipped. Nicebathroom, too. Nice is that you can park your car inside for free (butbeware, there is not much space). Very nice is that they have a safekids sauna (though it is too cool, even for kids).
