Review 1：Did not like the towels, shampoo, conditioner (none) and all that you can hope a three star hotel has. All these items are on the level of one star hotel there. The interior of the rooms also would need an upgrade for a three star hotel. Breakfast is adequate but for some reason they do not serve fruits.

Review 2：I liked the location of this hotel. It is located just across a municipal beach (free with stay) and few minutes walk from the city center. A lot of rooms have great views of the Mediterranean sea. Rooms are adequate and the beds are reasonably comfortable.

Review 3：The hotel doesn't have its own pool, you need to go to some country club nearby and you need a swimming cap in order to enter it, so we didn't go. Right in front of the hotel is a construction site, so if your windows face the construction site, it's going to be very loud. The breakfast did not provide a big variety (as customary in Israeli hotels) and there were no fresh fruits. I asked for gluten-free options when booking, and for breakfast I was given a few slices of frozen gluten-free bread. And it was literally frozen cold. First I had to wait for the bread for 10 minutes, than I had to look for a waiter and ask to warm the bread, and then I waited for another 10 minutes until the brought it again. There were no gluten-free desserts.

Review 4：The hotel is right on the sea front, we had a nice view. It was relatively quiet. The room was big.

Review 9：Right next to my room, there was a construction site and from 7am they were already on-site. We weren't advised. Also, there was no hot water, the sink was broken and the room was extremely dusty as it was never cleaned. The staff wasn't helpful and weren't attentive.

Review 15：Our room was right above the construction site so it was quite noisy in the morning and daytime, and of course bad view. The bathroom facilities are tired and need renovation. The towels are worn and greyish. By European standards this hotel is overpriced. But to be fair, it is one of the best in Nahariya and on the whole we enjoyed our stay there.

Review 16：The location is perfect, right next to the beach and very close to a wonderful quay promenade and the city centre.The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and tried to be helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of food and fruit, especially on Saturday, though no meat (like almost anywhere in Israel) and fresh juice but for us it was ok. Our room (studio) was very spacious and comfortable.

The person on duty was not empowered to respond to our requests to open the bar, even though it would have been easy for him to do so. This was very poor for a hotel seeking to attract international visitors such as ourselves.

The room was also smelled of smoke when we asked about meals, we were told the kitchen was closed. we requested milk for our son and were told there was no milk staff were unhelpful and at best indifferent we expected much more from a four star hotel we felt hotel was expensive we will not be recommending the hotel.

Review 40：Front desk service personnel and Management was very arrogant and nothelpful. The key card did not open the door after going back and forceto the front desk, trying to charge it. The only one soap dispenser didnot have soap. The bathroom door lock was broken, so we need to usecredit card to free ourselves out of the bathroom. The heavy black moldwas in every corner of the bathroom and around the bathtub. The longlady's hairs ware in the bathtub upon our arrival.
