Review 1：The two floor room with living area, beautiful bathroom and the delicious chocolate cake left out for us made our stay more than comfortable. The view was incomparable in the whole of Capri and we had a tasting menu dinner that we will never forget.

The smoothies by the pool bar are delicious. I extended my stay for two more days because I just couldn't get myself to leave sooner. Staff is super helpful. I am glad I had them arrange my return all the way to the airport. It was super convenient and the driver in Naples was very nice. I hope to go back again someday soon.

Review 14：We didn't expect it but we were greeted at the ferry wharf by Carmine who took our bags and directed us to the hotel. This was the start of the impeccable service received at Punta Tragara. Anna and Roberta on the front desk were particularly amazing. They made great dining suggestions and booked us great tables. Nothing was a fuss even when we got our times wrong on a boat trip - they slickly organised for a hour delayed start time. The breakfast was fantastic quality, great pool lounges, amazing room with balcony. We will return!

Review 15：The level of service here was like nothing we've ever seen, even though it was the beginning of the travel season for the island and I assume the staff was just getting warmed up.

Rooms were musty & very small & despite paying for a superior room there was no tub in the bathroom. Would not even consider throwing in a free massage or some other perk for the odor in the room.

Luckily, we checked-in early making it easy to ask for another room. Finally got suite nr. 95 with views + terrace on sea and another window onto the pretty grounds with swimming pool -> definitely nice - access is not so easy due to stairs in all directions between rooms etc - Breakfast is not served at the best tables outside close to the swimming pool, forcing people who want to be outside on a small patio in the shade

Review 68：Prices are outrageous, but you expect that really. Pull-out sofa bed for my daughter was not comfy and springy, but easily remedied with 2 duvets on the mattress beneath the fitted sheet. Bread at breakfast was out of a bag, they should have better fresh breads, like crunchy baguettes.

Review 86：This is the very first 5 star hotel that I've been to, that features a a 'Continental breakfast'! (which is not mentioned on the website!). This means only cereals, bread, cheese and fruit; but no 'cooked' food e.g. eggs, pancakes etc. Very strange!!! If you want something like scrambled eggs for breakfast; this is extra (and you pay EUR 11,- (!) for this.....) I've never experienced this kind of breakfast in a a five start hotel (even 4 star hotels offer more then a continental breakfast) and think this is very bad value for money (check out the room rates!). So if you also want a '5 star' breakfast with your 5 star hotelroom; choose another hotel!

Review 89：Have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. Staff in this hotelwere very arrogant and at times insulting. The attitude of the staffdoes not match the loveliness of the property. Also, the hotel is atleast a 15-20 minute walk to the town. There are no curteousy vehicles,no taxis, no bicycles, no golf cart transports--you are on foot andwalking every time to and from the hotel. The first time or two ischarming but then it becomes a daunting trip, especially when you arewalking back and forth several times per day into town. This hotel isfor people under the age of 35. My feet were severely swollen after 2days at the hotel from the long walks every day.

The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable beds. The Spa was very good and the staff were professional good and friendly. The balcony provided privacy and great views. The walkway into the village was relaxing and the houses were beautifilluy adorned with flowers and well kept. The quietness of the situation was excellent for a very relaxing weekend. There was a mess up on the logistics from the airport but the hotel was immediately onto the problem and handled it well The TV provided an excellent range of SKy and satellite channels if needed. Wifi was free and easy to access all over the hotel
