Reviews for Hotel Classic

Review 1：We requested one double bed (instead of two twin beds) while booking. On arrival they gave a room with 2 twin beds. We requested to change but nothing was available that time and so we got the room at night after we came back from our daily trip. That room had a defective bathroom, water does not drain and there was water on the floor all the time. They do not give hot water after evening.

Review 2：Staff were very supportive for making various changes. I checked out in the morning and went for trip, in the evening when we came back before we leave for Mumbai they gave us a room for 1--2 hours to fresh up free of cost.

Review 3：In-spite of advance booking, rooms were not available. We were diverted to other hotel. In this hotel blankets for extra bed was not available. Bath Towel was not available. It was very bad experience.

Review 4：non availability if TV in spite of facility mentioned. Ignorance to request for TV operation telling reason of cable cutting, telephone connectivity to reception a problem , availability of water and other toiletries in time was a problem

Review 6：Mattresses were of spring base and were uneven, making it less comfortable to sleep. Initially hotel claimed extra money (tax) over and above price offered by booking.com. But when i showed them email from booking.com, the issue was solved. Rooms were clean but probably not ready for guests. (Had to tell them to change bed sheet, TV had some issues. they put covers to pillow in front of us) Washrooms were OK, but needed more management.

Review 7：Calm and supportive management. (they suggested good restaurant-Kailash hotel) Very near to Railway station fairly new property . new painting (though bit more cleanliness needed). Rooms were clean. No insects Room service was good Hotel has tour arrangement to Ajanta- Ellora Caves at reasonable price
