Review 1：Restaurant far too expensive, prices drove guests off site and into town.

Review 3：Very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful area with a stunning view. The hotel offers for free a very convenient shuttle service that came to pick us up from the marina in less than 10 minutes.

Review 4：Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the welcome drink and snack. We had our room upgraded for our Honeymoon and it was amazing. Free shuttle service to town and ability to book excursions from the front desk was a plus. Complimentary breakfast was really nice.

Review 5：The temperature of the spa was cold, the same with jacuzzi, they charged for using wellness 60 euros and they did not tell us. The lady at wellness just dismissed our complaints about the temperature but we got 30 euro refund when complained at the reception. Food was OK but not special and a bit pricey.

Facilities were broken, told by reception they were broken then told by therapists they worked and fine to pay to use then once again told by reception they were broken. No response at all when Reception was told not happy with service.

Review 10：The toilet paper had a very very bad smell which was not pleasent at all, we couldn't sit in the room. The hotel is under staffed and were not helpful, you have to keep following up with the staff regarding your reservations and transportation. You expect to have complimantry water in a 5 stat hotel however we had to pay for the water.

Review 11：The shower head in Room 108 is not well fixed to the wall. The tap in the sink drips. The costs of items in minibar were too expensive and frankly offensive.

OMG - you'll never get into the Blue Grotto unless you buy our EUR 200 boat tour....") Please. None of it was true.

She could blend her shiatsu style with other techniques to make you feel well. excellent.The hotel is not big and therefore it is very cosy and we were well looked after. The view from the hotel garden and the room was fascinating.

Review 36：Very bad experience in the spa. Had a couple's massage, and my wife's therapist was very rough and hurt her, despite my wife voicing concern. The manager Stefano was useless and made the issue about himself, and reluctantly didn't charge us for my wife's massage. He tried to blame my wife for not stopping the massage. Otherwise the hotel was spectacular. Special recognition to Guiliana and staff in the restaurant. We had two incredible dinners. Also, Salvatore in guest services was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. Would love to go back. Hopefully Stefano won't be there.

Review 100：Very nice facilities and very attentive staff. Lesley will arrange almost anything for you and knows a lot about the various amenities on the island. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has a shuttle that runs frequently down to the main piazza. It takes about 5 minutes. Also, you can walk to the marina and take the funicular up to the main piazza as well.

Review 101：The setting was spectacular. The view, the property, and the resort itself was amazingly beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The staff for the most part was attentive, but not overly concerned if you weren't satisfied. My husband and I booked a boat tour thru the hotel, and it was not what was communicated to us. When we spoke to the manager he assurred us he would look into it. Two days later upon check out we had not heard anything. When I questioned the front desk staff they stated they were aware and sorry for the miscommunication. I felt for a luxury hotel we did not receive the level of hospitality that goes along with the price tag! The shuttle bus to town was a hassle, too infrequent! There is nothing around the resort so you are at their mercy. For the money, not so sure I could say worth it.

One of the driver was very in attentive to the customers, and sexist. He works at night. It would be best for the hotel's prospect to remove this character from its reputation.
