Review 1：The wifi was a little expensive - you got 30 minutes free rah day but it should be available for free as part of the room rate.

Review 2：We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were willing to go the extra mile on the smallest of requests. The rooms was were - the staff brought us two heaters because we were feeling a little cold. The food was great - we loved the wide range of choice. All in all a fantastic trip. We look forward to returning soon.

Review 5：A number of small negatives. The lounge is austere Scottish baronial and most unattractive. The WiFi was expensive and a real irritant. Canned music in the dining area was unnecessary and bizarre. Beethoven's ode to joy follows by Bolivian pan pipes indicates very poor musical appreciation on someone's part.

Review 54：Hotel doesn't have a dedicated valet parking. Parking by yourself is not comfortable since the place is too tight and small. You cannot enjoy the cool breeze of shimla even if you are staying in a premier valley view room having a balcony, since there are bunch of monkeys intimidating and scaring you. Hotel just warns of not letting open your balcony doors when you are not there , but beware of monkeys even when you are sitting since they attack any time . We were lucky that we're not bitten by them. I think taking a room with balcony doesn't serve it's purpose and should be avoided.

Staff took all the extra care during our stay, even when the hotel had 100% occupancy (it never felt that ways), amazingly quick service… The room and bathroom were extremely large and comfortable, and the room was kept beautifully during our stay.

Review 67：I was not told I had to book for the restaurant. on reaching the restaurant I was offered a 2 hour wait. The next night I had a seat by the restaurant door and an upset guest had the exact same experience. The first night I therefore ate in the Lobby, I had to ask 3 times for water. Children were allowed to scream and play around the level 3 corridor overlooking the lobby unchecked until i complained. I retreated to my room.
