Vila Marija is a small family-run guest house in the historic quarter of Skradin, at the entrance to the Krka National Park in central Dalmatia, offering you nice rooms and tasty cuisine.
In addition to rooms with private bathrooms and breakfast included in the price, the Vila Marija features a restaurant serving tasty meat and fish dishes, as well as a cafe offering free internet access.
Open all year round, this is a perfect base for visiting the Krka waterfalls National Park, for rowing, canoeing or kayaking on the Krka river or just for exploring the wonderful countryside.

Review 2：Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the lake were you can take a boat to national park KRKA. Great price for this location. Wifi reception was very very poor.
Review 3：The room is not exactly sound proof. It's on a busy pedestrian / shopping street, so expect some city sounds. It's not disturbing, but something to keep in mind.
Review 4：Maria and Branko were very friendly hosts, an although we had a little language barrier, there was plenty to talk about! They offer one room with a guest bathroom. Perfect for a couple of days in the city. It literally in the middle of the old town!
Review 5：The room wS like something out of the communist age. Lime green andbrown. Exceedingly down at heal. Bathroom ancient and all the drainssmelt dreadful. Lao situated right over a sports bar and tv on until11pm both nights. Would not stay there again.

Review 7：The windows are not soundproofed and cannot be closed properly, this it is very difficult to sleep in the rooms facing the main street. The rip-roaring took place just in the bar of the Vila Marija.

Review 9：very good location, 2min walk from the bus stop and restaurants next door. the rooms had aircon and plenty of space. they held our bags all day when we went to Krka. very friendly.
Review 10：The bedroom furniture needs to be updated. Besides being dated, it has many marks of use, being a little bit too ruined for what I consider acceptable. Also, the bedroom could be better cleaned. The shower did not have a curtain, which makes it difficult not to wet the whole bathroom.
Review 11：The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to the Skradin port where you can get a boat to Krka National Park. The employees are very friendly and willing to satisfy the costumer needs. Also, the parking place for the car right in front of the apartment is also a big plus. We additionally received a very large 3-person bedroom instead of a 2-person bedroom, as we had reserved, which was also very nice.

Review 13：We stayed at 7 different apartments across our 2 week holiday on Croatia and this one stood out as the best value. The room was huge for the money with a well equipped separate kitchen and dining area. Location ideal for the national park and also the local beach. Staff were friendly. Good wi-fi and parking spaced reserved for us as requested.

Review 15：Very noisy spot, with windows right over a pub. The whole village lives from park places and rooms to rent. There was a kind of lizard in the room. The rooms have thin walls, the neighbour rooms are easy to hear.

Review 24：We attended by a juvenil boy, but did not know too much English, but with a lot of attitude. In the morning, the renter lady was charging us very friendly and we were talking about places in the area, even gave us some freshly croatian made sweetmeats. The room, clean and spacious, it had a double bed and two single beds. And access to a large terrace.

Review 66：The location was perfect for a visit to KRKA Park. The room was very cheap but you get what you pay for. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked. The breakfast was ok and the staff were friendly.

Thank you for that. :) This was the cheapest hotel that we stayed in, and maybe it shows on the style, it's a bit out of fashion but we didn't mind. Room was clean and you have A/C and shower works just fine so it has everything you need. The location of the hotel was good, we really liked Skradin and the NP of Krka. It's little but lively town (or village?). Much more pleasant than Sibenik, at least in our opinion. Breakfast was ok and the food in the hotels restaurant was good. All in all, this hotel was good value for our money and we'd visit it again if we ever go to Skradin again!

Review 70：Because the vila is located above a bar, we could not sleep until afterit closed at 11:30. Very early in the morning, the firetruck went downthe street ~ washing it down. So, we didn't sleep long enough for agood night's sleep.

Review 83：The old building, in the noisy street, it was impossible to sleep up tomidnight, no a/c, in the hotel site they gave the information: lunch anddinner for the guests is 15 euro. But they took much more money from us,saying that 15 euro means that you book lunch or dinner in advance, whenyou are booking the hotel. No such information was given on the site. Wewere disapponted, not because of the money, but due to such approach.Besides, we spent too much time to wait for the lunch service, round 45- 50 minutes.
