Review 1：Staff English quite poor. They wrote an incorrect invoice and change it by hand.

Review 2：Good place, near Bergamo airport. No deposit during booking. Clean and nice rooms.

Review 3：Had cold water in the shower in the morning. Slow internet, requiring a new password all the time (which changes daily). No control over room temperature. Very noisy day and night.

Review 4：I chose the hotel mainly because of the gated car park, and I was happy with the choice. Having to ring the bell each time one wants to get in/out makes it a bit inconvenient but still worth it. Location is very convenient for those arriving by train or coach as both stations are nearby. I didn't have breakfast or try any of the hotel facilities so I can't say much about those.

Review 5：We chose the hotel because it had air conditioning. The first night we were there, they did put the air conditioning on and everything was great. The second night the room was very hot (28 degrees C) when we returned in the evening and when we asked for the air conditioning to be put on we were told that somebody else had asked for the heating to be put on and they couldn't have both on at the same time on the same floor ! So we had to sleep with the windows open which was noisy and there were mosquitos.

Review 15：Perfect location. We travelled from pescheria and we stayed in this hotel for one night to catch an early morning flight home. After dropping off our bags at 11 am approx - our room would of been ready at 12 but we didn't hang around we went to Milan for a day trip. This hotel is an ideal location. It has multi purposes. Bus to bergamo airport ran every 20 mins and was located just accross the road from hotel ( alongside macdonalds) .

Friendly welcome from desk staff. Let us use store room to assemble and store our bikes, also kept boxes for our return trip. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. All good!

Breakfast had such a wide selection... it was great. They will make homemade cappuccino for you, there's granola for cereal and even hard-boiled eggs for people that need gluten-free! Solo female uS traveler over 55 felt safe!

Review 48：It's a little hard to park in the hotel car park as it is not obvious where it is. I had to park in the street, go into the hotel and get directions HOWEVER the car park is fine, secure, and actually right under the hotel once you do find it.

Review 64：We stayed one evening and left early for a flight to Sicily which we would have missed if we had to depend on hotel staff for assistance. The two women at the desk were either grumpy or uninformed. When we asked about the shuttle to the airport we were told you could get it behind McDonalds. Nothing more. Luckily we walked over the night before and found out from a local security guard that we had to get bus tickets from a machine in front of the train station because the bus station would not be opened in time. Buying the correct ticket from the machinetta required you to know that you were traveling through 3 zones. None of this did the staff at the hotel tell us even though they promoted their hotel as having a shuttle to the airport. It took us 20 minutes to accomplish the purchase of the correct ticket. Luckily we did it the evening before. I explained to the front desk agent what had to be done for a guest to take the shuttle to the airport if the station was not opened. Hopefully the next guest will benefit but the few simple steps should be given to any guest who wants to go to airport. We spent 18 wonderful days in Italy and this was our only negative experience. While I understand it is a hotel with eco ratings I further dislike when the shampoo bottles are not filled to the top on arrival.

Our room 502 had a good view has it had two windows on either sides overlooking the square with a lot of activity with university students coming and going nearby.

Review 107：Booked our rooms on Booking.com Added another traveler to our group so had to change one room from a single dbl bed to two twins. Received our cancelation notice from Booking.com and confirmation of the new room. Hotel claims they never received the cancelation from Booking.com. Even after we sent them the cancelation email and charged us for the additional room. Stating we needed to go back to booking.com to get a refund. Customer service fail!!!!!

Review 109：We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a long day, just wanting to go to bed. They gave us a room with a toilet that was constantly running making sleep impossible. We asked to be moved only to be told that it was the last room available, and they didn't realise the toilet was broken (yeah right! we were just last in so we got the bad room). Finally moved into a room with two singles that they magically found. Not really what you want when you've booked well in advance.

Review 117：There is no clothes pressing facilities, and when I asked for an iron and stand in the night, they were not having spare one with them. I was told, it is with some one. So again early morning I went to reception, still they were not able to help. Finally one iron and stand were brought to my room, but the stand was broken. It is very pity for a 4 star hotel, not to keep at least a few numbers of these esssential needs for guests.

Review 122：Great location, we stayed at this hotel one night on arrival and one night before departure the room on the 5th floor was quite dark and not as big as the room on the 3rd floor but really comfy beds and very clean hotel. Breakfast was a really good selection. Very glad we stayed in bergamo, we will be back.
