Review 3：The location is perfect for honeymooners, The all inclusive package is amazing. Ocean suite and ocean pool suite rooms are wonderful very spacious, The amenities provided by the resort are good. The butler service is very helpful and easy going. The staff are kind, friendly and very helpful. I want to thank the following staff for providing support and great service, 1- Mr. Harry ( Picked me up from the airport on time) 2- Mr. Darma 2- Ms. Yumi 3- Mr. kedrik 4- Mr. Dede ( works at crystal blue) 5- Ms. Dyah for an outstanding service and support in booking my schedule, provided information, helped me to calm down when I thought my cell phone was lost in the taxi cab and she called the cab service got the taxi back she went inside the cab looking for my cell phone) in the end I found it in the plastic bag in my room. Review 4：though the beach is beautiful, the access to go there was quite difficult, esp for elder people. may i suggest to add lift or any instant ways to reach the beach.

Review 8：The service wasn't great and sometimes you can't get transportation from your villa to the lobby of the hotel , they will tell u all gulf cars are busy and you have to walk to the lobby and its kinda far,, to be fair enough I'm coming to this hotel to relax not to walk

Review 10：The only negative was that the bathtub was not cleaned properly everyday as I had to clean the dirty ring left around it every evening beforehaving a bath. It obviously is just dried out in the morning and notactually washed with soap or cleaner!

Review 14：Nothing. probably ...water in the swimming pool is very cold (as the sun does not reach it), so if you are not a fan of cold water, room with private pool may be useless for you - better take the same suit, but on a higher floor and with a better view!

Rooms (we stayed in honeymoon suite with private pool), food (two great restaurants), location (quiet place near Nusa Dua), beach & pool, SPA etc. Not mentioning small details, that make this hotel exceptional : breackfast can be ordered whole day, afternoon tea served wherever and whenever you want, fresh juices included and foot or head massage near the pool every day...Really amazing hotel. highly recommended!

Review 18：Cold water in the pool. Lack of privacy in suite pool (people can easily peak and gardener passed by). Juices are free, but don't taste that good. In-room dining is total rip off (expensive and very small portion). It's located on the sea, but quite far from dining places (taxi is needed).

Review 21：This was our Honeymoon. What a great choice. Slightly expensive in booking, but great value once there. The service in all areas was excellent with just a couple of glitches (but nothing serious). They made us feel special, thank you.

Review 22：the food is present in a fine dining standard. But taste wise, is only average. Especially the pastry, it taste oily and not good. But the French fries, salad and the grill prawn I had in the Ring of Fire taste very good.

Review 23：the facilities and services is very good, especially the house keeping team is doing a fantastic job. The room is clean in a very details manner and delicate. Even our shampoos and item are arranged every time they clean the room.

Review 24：The site is located well away from any village and was isolated. Occupancy was extremely low, partly due to lack of tourists due to economy, possibly cost. So it added to the lack of atmosphere if you wanted some.

Review 25：Room was well appointed, included free mini bar etc...what you expect for the price. Service was fabulous and friendly, I have a special diet, not difficult and all the staff were well informed, they even changed my mini bar for me. Gym was not well appointed but had what I needed. Beach was at least 150 stairs to get to it.

Our oceanfront suites always felt a bit damp (including the bedsheets) but that's most likely the unavoidable result of being next to the sea. My mother fell ill on our last day due to some bad seafood she ate at one of the restaurants there, and since we didn't leave the hotel grounds the whole day we had no doubts about the culprit.

Review 29：One of the best things was that there was truly a free flow of non-alcoholic beverages. The service from most staff was impeccable, particularly the restaurant staff. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard twice a day by cleaners. The complimentary breakfast offers an incredible spread each morning - though I suggest foregoing the buffet and ordering a la carte.

We were so pleased to be able to use the "hospitality lounge" on the day we checked out which meant we could enjoy the resort for another day and still shower before a late flight. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then Samabe is the place for you. The staff are very attentive and always greet you with a smile. If you plan to go out anywhere for dinner or else - not your best choice as the place is very far from Kuta where everything is happening. Very average food not bad though. Selection is also fairly limited. Staff is good and friendly. No sports on location of any kind.

Review 105：you should have a boardwalk to the beach so that kids and old people can walk to the beach for leisure, it will be your selling point. the beach is lovely but the stairs are unfriendly to many.

Review 107：One of the paintings hanging in the living room looked a bit scary. It must be a piece of art of an old lady but at night she looked scary. My 2-yr-old kid was afraid to look at that painting at night. The water isn't very hot sometimes during at night. But overall this hotel is one of the best hotels in Nusa Dua area.

Review 108：Everything. The staff, very friendly. The room, stunning view, very clean and comfy. The service, we could have breakfast in our room at no extra charge, anytime of the day. So we were never worried of missing our breakfast. The bathroom is huge, beautiful bathtub and nice rain shower. The amenities are very complete. We had complimentary and free drinks all day in our room. We could even choose the types of beverage we wanted. You really feel special staying in this hotel.

Review 109：Since the hotel sits on a cliff, there were 165+ steps to climb down to get to the beach. Obviously then you have to climb back up. Hope they make some other arrangements for this is the future. Also, the restaurants can expand their menu a bit more. It was very limited just like the portions. It would also be nice if they organize some events in the nights for the guests. There were virtually nothing after dark and only entertainment is going to Bali Central for shopping.
