Review 1：It was noisy outside and beside (restaurant beside) some rooms, especially on Friday. Most rooms have only king-size beds.

Review 2：Parking places available in house and on a official parking place nearby. Our small dog was very welcome. Only one room is a two bed room.

Review 3：The hotel location is nice — not far from old town, on a quiet street. Rooms are small but clean. And service… well… The day before our way home we warned one of the boys on reception we need a cab at 04:30. We got up one hour earlier, got ready, packed what's left unpacked from the evening earlier and got out to the lobby. We should have left the key card at the reception and get to airport. There was no taxi. Reception is closed from 22:00 to 07:30. At 04:50 after trying to use taxi call center I decided to use one of the emergency numbers at the reception. The guy that came down to our aid did not speak english. After five minutes of explaining what happened he called the taxi and kindly reminded us we have to pay room tax (2.50 per person per night). Be warned: if you decide to stay there — be sure you sort things out at reception at least twice.

Review 4：It is not too far to the lower part of the old town, but quite a hike to get to the main tourist section.

Review 5：The hotel is very close to the Academia Carrara which has a wonderful collection of art works. They have very modern water saving shower heads that decalcify the water and improve its condition for the skin. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 6：Clostrophibic atmosphere not helped by small room, shower and breakfast room in basement. We were on ground floor and heard toilets above being flushed through pipe in corner of room. Hotel shut when we arrived (only open on set times) so had to wait in blazing sunshine for over half an hour while receptionist had coffee next door!! Wanted to leave early on Saturday morning but had to wait until 8am so we could pay (pay previous day if you want to leave early next day but you'll loose your breakfast). Breakfast was very basic. No restocking of toiletries when we ran out. All in all, not a pleasurable experience, wouldn't stay again.

Review 7：Compact hotel in old part of town, close to a few restaurants. Underground parking for a fee (free parking opposite hotel). Easy to find.

Review 8：There was a late dinner party at the next door restaurant and the walls seemed to be very thin because we could hear every word in our room :( We did not have too much sleep that night. But probably we had just a bad luck with timing.

Review 10：I stayed alone in the hotel during the first 2 weeks, and my girlfriend joined me the last 2 nights. I told the Manager that my girlfriend would be joining, and that I would be happy to pay the difference in price for a second person. The manager said I could stay in my room or move to a larger room. I chose to move to the larger room. Then, upon check-out, she charged me for my original room and the new room, giving me only a mere 12 Euro discount on the second room (yes; I was charged for 2 rooms!). I found this to be outrageous since it was never communicated to me that I would still be charged for my original room, nor was there any mention of any pricing at all until I checked out. Who would ever book two rooms and leave one empty in a hotel? I should also add that the key to my original room was taken away from me (so, although I had 2 rooms, I had no access to one of them). What hotel staff doesn't mention precise pricing to a customer before they make a purchase? I felt as though I was taken advantage of as a foreigner. I followed up in a few emails raising my concerns, but then she (the manager) was more concerned with proving her point than trying to keep the client happy. She took it personally, not realizing that she is in the business of keeping clients happy. For this reason, I would not recommend the hotel. I will not be staying there again, nor will I recommend it for my business colleagues.

Review 20：I had never been treated this badly in a hotel! We had to take one room less, as it was not prepared (dirty) but everythng was already settled with the recepcionist when a manager lady came and make plenty of problems! If You want to avoid problems, avoid this hotel as well!

Review 24：I booked single room, but hotel charged me for double room becasuefriend came to hotel room to visit me (during the day) for hour! This isinsane! There is no info about it on website. Owner was afraid that Iwont pay (sic!) and called police, started screaming and insulting myfriend... There is not regulations, nor terms for charging for it...This whole situation make my staying there the worst as possible... Idont recommend this hotel for anyone...

Review 25：Breakfasts: Bad quality (except for very good coffee) products, no fresh bread, stuffy room. There's a cafe/restaurant open from 7.30 on the Via Borgo Santa Caterina en route to the old city.

Review 29：the hotel was out of the city centre on a quiet side street , there was a street nearby ( santa caterina) which had a couple of good restaurants ( notably Il vesuvio) and a good cocktail bar ( SHAKE). the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are smallish but modern and have Air con.I would definitely reccomend this hotel to fellow travellers.

La stazioneferroviaria è raggiungibile a piedi ma non è esattamente dietrol'angolo: io ho impiegato 25 minuti circa, camminando speditamente. Lastanza era carina e pulita. Staff disponibile. Review 38：much too much noise... From my room, I could hear every single word the person at the reception was saying + heard each and every person coming in (room "verde").
