Review 1：Only thing i didnt like is that the boy at reception did not know Hindi so i have to explain him four to five times if i needed anything.

Review 2：The rooms were nice and cozy.Interiors were good and facilities were nice.

Review 3：Stuff are not professional and not cooperative at all. Rooms were full with flies, bedcover and pillocovers not washed. Stuffs don't even care for the guest. Wardrobe lock was broken, stuffs didn't give the password of the locker, donno even if they know the pass. Room service was the worst, never even provided a bottle of water. After all the fault, if u complain, they behave rude..what else can I say more about hotel? Yeah, hotel was good, but if the stuffs don't keep doing these kind of ignorance, hotel will collapse soon. Location was not bad, but preferred near by station or Dabagarden area. We won't recommend this hotel...Never go. The stuff SUCKS.

Review 4：We had hot water the first night and then none after that which was annoying. We tried speaking to the man working the desk at the time and he couldn't speak any English so we got no help. Wi-Fi is a bit temperamental. Power kept going on and off as well when it rained.

Review 5：Most staff were nice and friendly, beds were very comfy! Air con worked. Good location for CMR Central just nearby for shopping and food. Need to take a tuk tuk though to get to the train station.
