Review 1：The hotel hosted a party in the lobby, dj and all! The music wasincredibly loud and from the room we heard it so loudly we might as wellhave been on the dance floor! Didn't finish till 11pm. For a placethat advertises itself as a boutique hotel suitable for families we wereincredibly disappointed! We complained and received no sympathy from themanager. Never again!!!! The cleanliness of the room also left a lot tobe desired. And the lobby was taken up By the event so we couldn'tuse it. This place is an events hall and not a hotel.
Review 2：The first night we were there they had a wedding in the atrium outside our room. It was very loud. The second evening when we arrived back to the hotel we found out there was a bar mitzvah. We asked to be moved and after expressing our dissatisfaction several times the desk clerk called a manager and we were moved. BUT after dinner the music was turned up. All we heard in our room for hours was the boom, boom, boom of the bass. This went on until after 11:00pm. The desk clerk said "didn't you know this was a party hotel?" No we certainly did not. I would avoid this hotel unless you are the one having the party. T
Review 3：The room, bedding and cleanliness were good. The location was also good.
Review 4：I arrived at 11pm (on Monday, 2nd), the guy at the reception desk seemd to be little bit annoyed, but it happens in this hour. Unfortunately the room temperature was set to 18°C (why ?!!), so I was freezing as soon as had entered. I could not find a way how to set air conditioning on a heater, so I called the receptionis. Well, he came, after giving me the feeling of uncapable annoying guest, set the air conditioning ... and nothing has happend afterwards. I guess they have it locked :-(, so I was cold that night. Not nice to pay such money for freezing in my room. The garden view was in fact the wall of the highway :-/.
Review 5：Good location (walkable distance to Ha Carmel train station, shopping mall including a big supermarket close), tasty breakfast (including the chance to press a fresh orange and pome granate juice), lovely hall.
Review 6：The bits of dirt all over the place. The toothpick of the previous guest in our bathroom. The hair of the previous guests on our carpet...

Review 8：The room we choose was too big without enough furniture to fill in the space (40 square meter). The garbage can in the toilet was automatic, but it didn't work and the cleaning lady forgot to open the sink after cleaning it.
Review 9：The hotel is really nice, quiet, clean and has a good atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back there.
