Built on Plaka hill, Leste Luxury Homes offer independent, fully-equipped luxury houses with furnished porches overlooking Souda Bay, Akrotiri peninsula and gardens. They are just a 10 minute walk from Almyrida Beach.
All elegantly decorated, air-conditioned residences feature modern furnishings in earthy tones and luxurious fabrics. Villas offer full kitchens including stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Each house features a living room and dining area.
Each villa offers satellite LCD TV, DVD and free Wi-Fi access. Some villas include private swimming pools and hot tub. Luxury Leste Homes offer anti-allergic bathrobes, slippers and towels.

Review 1：The staff (from when we arrived at midnight unitl departure). They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were spotless you just couldn't fault a thing.

Review 7：Stephania, our host, was awesome. Made us feel welcome from the start. She had food stocked in the refrigerator when we arrived: eggs, cheese, deli meat, bottle of wine. Also, a fresh loaf of bread. Housekeeping everyday but Sunday. Would highly recommend this place for families: nice deck & pool for lounging, 10 minute walk to beach.

Review 10：We've been travelling to Crete for more that ten years and I can say that Leste is one of the best places we've ever stayed on the island. Our appartment Feligra was very stylish spacious and fully equipped to feel like home. Stephania, the host of Leste, is very nice and hospitable person. She was in contact with us every day giving us helpful advices. The sandy beach of Almyrida is 1 min drive from appts. It is a perfect beach for small kids because it is very shallow in some areas. There are 3 tavernes in 100 meters from Leste with very tasty and inexpensive home-made food. I would recommend Takis as the best one. Chania is a 15 min drive. If you're renting a car (and it makes sense on the island) there is a lot to see around. On the whole Leste is an excellent choice and we miss the place already. We'll be back!

Review 13：Weather too cold for use in April but only really a splash/refresh yourself kind of pool, not big enough to swim in, tho welcome in heat I'm sure! Villa accommodates 8 but dining table seats 6 tho I'm sure extra chairs could be found if asked for!

Review 17：Not a criticism as we were very happy, but Plaka is very much an ex-pat community so friendly & welcoming to UK visitors, but if you want a younger crowd & late nightlife, then be prepared to taxi down to Almyrida, 10 minutes down hill, which is also where you need to go for the beach.

Review 18："We have just returned from a great week in Crete, staying at Leste Luxury Homes in the charming village of Plaka. Stephania & her team were there to welcome us to their 6 beautiful villas, with all the comforts of home, beautifully presented with wonderful views of the sea. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with private pool & a great terrace for sun bathing - We even had gorgeous weather for most of the week, despite being into the month of October. We would thoroughly recommend these villas to couples and families alike for lots of reasons, including secure, gated access with parking & first class amenities: Welcome food in the fridge including a lovely bottle of wine; cleaning every day & fresh towels; beds with decent mattresses; beach towels & lovely soft cushions for the sun loungers; coffee machine; bathrobes & slippers; hairdryer, iron & ironing board; satellite TV & i-pod docker, plus a really good broadband connection - A real bonus. Plaka has several really good restaurants & bars all within walking distance, but we also bought food from a well-stocked local supermarket & cooked one night as the villa had a good range of cooking facilities. There was always someone on hand to check we had everything we needed, but without it being intrusive & our own pool was even cleaned during our visit. We left with gifts of the local olive oil, honey & soap & having travelled extensively over the years, can definitely say that this property, together with the level of service, is very special & of the highest quality. Review 42：Exceeded all expectations! Everything we needed was there and staff are more than happy to help you. For example we arrived at night and found foods in the kitchen so we didn't have to starve or worry about getting food for breakfast next morning. We travelled with a baby and Stephania, the wonderful owner, prepared baby equipments such as a cot bed and steriliser. The whole complex is a new built and tastefully furnished. Cleaning is done everyday and fresh towels are provided as well. WIFI is fast. We also stayed the last day in one of the apartments that have a private pool which was truly luxurious. Just fantastic!!!

Review 48：Our stay was just amazing. The house offers much space and has many rooms, noone had to sleep on the couch even though we were a group of 8 people. The terrasse is good equipped with chairs, a table and deck-chairs beside the pool. But even better is the view on the sea!! The kitchen is big, has much to offer and is opened to the living room so the cook doesn't get banned out of the happening in the house. We really appreciated the Sandwich-Making-Machine. The house is being cleaned every day. Big Thanks to Rosa for that! Stephania was the friendliest housekeeper we ever met, very interested in all desires we had, asking for our wishes every day - but they were all fulfilled already. Plaka is a very calm and friendly village, only 10 walking minutes from the beach in Almyrida. Both villages offer many eating places and small shops for the daily shopping. Although there was music coming from other Leste neighbours sometimes even during night- and siesta-time our stay was really relaxing and we didn't feel disturbed in any way. Every house in Leste has it's own calm privacy. If you guys read that, the music we heared, wasn't bad at all at least ;-) We really recommend Leste Luxury Homes for every family or group who seeks a beautiful holiday on a even more beautiful island with lovely people (and likes Raki). In just one week we got to know many Greek people. Manolis, Nikos, Veliko and of course Stephania & Rosa - YAMAS!
