Review 1：Well, soundproof was not so good. But remind that it is a hostel not a hotel. (Hotel-like hostel)

Review 2：It is easy to get to airport and oldtown. The bus stop is just 2-3 minutes from this hostel. And it starts around from 5:20 and takes 20 minutes. Considering that you use single room, price is worth enough.

Review 3：It is a centrally located hostel in Citta Bassa, with very helpful staff and nice, very clean and well heated rooms. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is very good for the Italian standards. Moreover, the bus stop to the airport is just around the corner.

Review 23：it is really well organised hostel. it even seemed to me as a hotel :) there are lots of facilities. cheap storage room, there is also a place , a common room where you can spend some time waiting for your flight, resting or charging your mobile.

Review 24：These experiences aren't the fault of the hostel itself and something they couldn't help but just a couple of problems we ran into that could maybe be used as a warning to other possible visitors; first of all there were several times we were bitten in the night by mosquitoes despite the fact our windows were never open. This was not the fault of the hostel however and purely a result of the time of year and the climate but I write it as a warning to others to take the necessary precautions when visiting. Also it would have been nice to be given some sort of "do not disturb" sign to put on the door as after traveling all day being woken up by the maid walking in in the morning and realising we were still asleep was not all that pleasant. I realise there will be a set time when all the rooms are cleaned but it would just be nice to have the option to delay or not have the cleaning done for the first morning there.

Review 25：The hostel is in a great location just a 2 minute walk from the main shopping area of the new town, and a 5 minute walk to both the bus and train station. The walk to the funicular is a bit far but the hostel is only a short walk away from numerous bus stops for buses which take you straight to the funicular stop. As for the hostel itself, I have stayed here twice and both experiences have been nothing less than brilliant; the staff on reception all spoke excellent English and were more than helpful with any queries or requests we had. The triple room we stayed in was both spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was large and very clean. A maid came in the room everyday to clean the bathroom and remake the beds which was obviously a nice thing to comeback to after a long and tiring day out.

Review 26：- very basic breakfast with terribly-tasting cofee -noise from other rooms at night -one of the receptionists (the one with curly hair and glasses)was unhelpful and made me feel like she is doing me a big favour just by performing her job. But the other two receptionists were great.

Review 32：I stayed in a single room and the quality I got does not explain the high price (43per night!). The room is big but all the Windows are covered because outside there is something like a common terrace with other rooms so in fact you have no daylight. The bulb light is so weak it hurts. The bed is pretty hard. They give you an imitation of a towel and a portion of shampoo (!!!). The bathroom is old but managable. The walls are very thin, you can hear the other rooms. The biggest joke is the breakfest. Dont bother going for it. It is soooo basic: bread and very basic jams (disgusting to be honest), sth sweet and tea/coffee and the juice machine was broken. Laughable breakfest to be honest. Also on the day of my departure the repair crew started warking in the next room at 8am making a hell lot of noise which I found annoying as hell considering the time And the fact that people come there to rest. In general i dont recommend it unless you can ignore all of the above and concentrate on the location being close to the train station.

Review 34：Thin doors. I booked a single room just to get a good night sleep before my connecting flight in the next morning. Instead of 5 hours sleep I got only 3 because I could hear everything going on in the hall: people caming and going, banging doors and then at 2am two americans decided to have a long chat in the hall. I could have had the same amount of sleep staying in the airport for the night and that would have been free..

Review 36：The beds were really small and uncomfortable. The door and the wall are not good at all, at night you can hear even if someone is passing near your room. I didnt liked the terrace too much, didnt had a light for outside, and there were some other doors sharing the same balcony. The breakfast was awful, some old bread, butter and some juice.

Excellent location, reasonable price, helpful staff, cleanliness, nice TV, heating / air conditioner, good facilities, a sunny terrace - everything that could wish for! If I ever again will go to Bergamo, choose this place again.

I had a room at the roof, so it was a bit sufocating, but if you open the window to the balcony is ok. There was no hand towel or rug, only bath towel. You cannot bring food to the room, which is a bit strange. For a short trip the hotel is ok and the price worth it.
