Review 1：Exactly what it advertised.It is budget accommodation, but the cleanliness of the rooms and common area was always very good.I will continue to stay everytime when in the area
Review 2：There were only 4 parking places onsite, otherwise you have to park on the street and even that was limited.
Review 3：Location was great, not in the hustle & bustle of Coolum but still within walking distance to shops & restaurants.
Review 4：Overall no complaints. It's basic budget accommodation as name suggests. I personally feel for the nightly rate we paid you should have an ensuite and microwave. Although spotlessly clean the downstairs shared bathroom could use renovating as it is on the small side And the kitchen utensils could all use replacing. Something for the owners to consider. I can't fault management.
Review 5：Manager was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and premises were spotless. We enjoyed using the pool each morning. Plenty of brochures if you're looking for an adventure. Easy access to shops, beach and parks.
Review 6：The owner was grumpy and rude when we first arrived - he said we could bring our son - but when I got there he told me off- I think if you don't like the public you should not have that type of business. I rang before he agreed but then once i arrived he was rude about his agreement. He was whining and he was unpleasant to my son but I paid full price and didn't even stay the night- I was bullied and I did nothing wronge.

Review 10：Cheryl and Tony were very helpful at the front desk. They were releaving for the owners while they were away and did what ever they could for me while i was there which was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay and was extremely impressed with how comfortable and clean everything was. Would definitely recommend to others.

Review 14：What I didn't like was there were bugs in the bed and on the floor. They weren't bed bugs, but it still made sleeping uncomfortable. I wouldn't pay that much for a place like this again.
Review 15：There was no parking, they got angry at my 3 year old for talking loudly upon arrival, didn't welcome us at all, toilet and shower isn't even in the room, kettle was broken and it was dirty.

Review 18：This was our second stay at Coolum Budget Accomdation.. It's not all the bells and whistles, it's basic, clean, and safe accomodation. The owners are so lovely, plenty of chit chats and jokes to go around if you have time and great local knowledge for eating out. Walking distance to newly renovated Coolum hotel, beach and main strip of town. 100% will be back!! Thank you
Review 19：The drop in floor level to bathroom. Went to the toilet during the night and had forgotten about this. Prosthetic left knee gave it out and had a nasty fall with twisted knee sprain. Still recovering.

Review 25：Very Very Clean, rooms a bit small but all you need to lay your head very reasonable price would go again for an overnight. There were excellent shared kitchen facilities that we didn't use and pool so if you are a family with young children and on a budget would recommend.

Review 29：The owner was amazing. Felt like mates from way back. Straight forward, happy and love that he remembers everyones names. A possitive happy attitude can do wonders. I felt instantly relaxed from the moment I arrived and look forward to going back for another visit.

Review 32：Would have liked a full length mirror. There is room behind the front door for one. The step down into the bathroom is not immediately apparent and I nearly took a fall. 'Mind your step' should be painted on the tiled steps edge for safety.

Review 34：noisy start at when sun rise. cockroache i made comment through booking.com 'please clean the room :)' which i want to have clean room and owner asked my name and he asked how clean my house is, i though he was kidding, but he was serious about it. i think he doesn't know what is services.
Review 35：There are very strict rules regarding smoking, drinking alcohol, extra guests. There is an area for smoking, but no alcohol in the area after 9pm. Guests have to leave premises at 6pm. Signs are everywhere saying that loud noise will not be tolerated. The manager had the loudest voice ever! And you could hear his heavy step constantly.

Review 56：Communal room in the middle of accommodation block where inconsiderates partied till late. We had two of them staying in the room next to us and the female was upset about something and dropping more "F" words than confetti at a Greek wedding, and at the top of her voice. No sound proofing between rooms. This place is certainly BUDGET accommodation, but overpriced because of the Coolum address.
