Review 1：Although we had the pool to ourselves it needed a good clean, the pool staff would scoop out the leaves daily but it needed more than a pool scoop! not allowed to take pool towels to other areas of the hotel, must leave them next to the pool. Annoying! When ordering drinks in the hotel restaurant they took forever to arrive, sometimes arrived after we had finished our main meal, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Rooms were good, although don't look too closely at the shower. The breakfast was ok, but you could tell that they accomodated for a large Asian clientele, don't expect to see any bacon! The bar as well run out of basic spirits for drinks on our first day, and they never replaced them. Can't drink your own drinks around the pool, this included soft drinks and water bought from outside the hotel. There is no shops in walking distance, but hotel supplies shuttle bus to Bali collection and the local beach (although can be full in peak times).

Review 2：The pool was great. During the day we had the pool to ourselves as hotel was very quiet and a lot of guests did day trips. The staff at reception spoke very good English and were really nice. The hotel is doing Renovations so they will have more services (apparently a pool bar is being built). The hotel supplies a shuttle to the beach, and then you will find Vouk umbrellas and chairs at the beach, so no need to pay for the use of a chair. The water at the beach was warmer than the hotel pool.

Review 3：Rooms damp & smelly. Poor facilities, a very boring hotel. Bad location. No welcome drink, no happy hour, no discount spa voucher? We were the only "non Asians" staying in the hotel. Unable to charge drinks/food to the room unless money was put on room account prior!! Hotel run in a very untrusting manor, not the Balinese experience I'm used to. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Review 7：Mosquitos.. The communication between hotel staff was poor. I booked an airport pick-up and it was confirmed but I had to wait for almost 2 hour for the stupid reason before I took an airport cab. Once checked in I requested an extra bed and it was delivered, but when I checked with the receptionist one day before checked out (I was planned to settled the bill that night). I told him that my room had an extra bed but he seems confused and said that he had to checked it first with the housekeeping then asked me to come back again tomorrow. If only the miscommunication did not happened too often, my holiday would be perfect.

Review 8：I love the spacious room, the bath tub, and the swimming pool where was exactly in front of my room.

Review 9：Spa and room service menu are way overpriced, no mini bar, remote location where there are no mini marts or shops nearby (narrow and crooked street makes it dangerous to walk), drainage on the bathroom floor looked ugly.

Review 11：location too far from shops and restaurants. poor condition generally, in need of major renovation, paid upfront in Oct 2013 extremely expensive for what we got, not even close to 5 star more like 3, tried 3 different rooms, some moldy with evidence of water leakage in ceiling, 3rd very noisy and had to wait 45 minutes for serviceman to get air conditioner working. checked out after 1 night instead of 7. would not recommend this hotel until completely renovated and then only if prepared to eat there and use taxi's constantly.

Review 32：New hotel which is just getting the finishing touches sorted. Great reception staff and cleaners do a fab job keeping the place and bedrooms spotless. Bedrooms are very comfortable and linen / towels / duvet are all new which is nice. Breakfast buffet was great with a good choice. Wifi was super fast in the room and by the pool. Pool is lovely too. Great value for money

Review 33：The construction work on the building itself is poor, thus humidity and mold will find their way into the rooms, or have already done so. There aren't, for example, insulation on the sliding window/door frames. Thus, outside humidity crawls into the rooms, and with the air conditioning, the air inside the rooms is sometimes cool but damp. All of my clothes felt damp and for example the bed felt sometimes not so good because sheets were cool and damp. Also, small bugs such as tiny ants can fit through the door frames easily. There's no mosquito net on the door/window, so you really cannot keep it open at all. Same with bathroom - problems with how water is supposed to drain... it doesnt because the floor doesnt tilt towards the drain. Water does not run uphill so it will stay inside the shower in puddles. They'll start to smell and in maybe a year, they'll have big problems with mold. But for now, as the hotel is newish, it is still really good deal for the money :)

Review 38：The mantra hotel is gorgeous, very welcoming, we booked a double room and got upgraded to a suite! Everything was very clean. We had to leave early the next day so unfortunately missed the breakfast, however they made us a breakfast box to go! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Review 39：The breakfast has limited choices, and mostly unchanged everyday ( juice* 2, milk, water)The quality of the building is poor. eg, the paint, and the doors are very poor finished, although the hotel is less than 1 years old. The door is like made in 1970s, and the paint is like my grandma's work. The wall in bathroom has uneven surface as marble tiles are not properly layed. The mould is built up in bathroom as well. Also the tiles come off in the swimming pool. Location is far from the shops. The hourly free shuttle bus to collection shopping center. However they make it unavailable before lunch and dinner, you may guess the reason :) I went to front door for shuttle bus 5 minutes before schedule time (10:37am) on first day, but it has left. The staff told me I have to come 15 min earlier. No one told me that even I checked up with reception and door boys three times on that morning. Nobody told me to come 15 minutes early. I then have to wait for next one 12:37pm . I came at 12:20pm and wait, then I was told it was full at 12:37pm. What the hell ! The reception told me it is about 100,000 rp from hotel to uluwatu temple by taxi, however the door boy try to charge me 200,000 rp for that. The food and massage are very expensive, almost same price as in Australia.

Review 40：The value for money. The food in buffet breakfast taste good. I likethe fruit and fried eggs. The swimming pool is clean and open 24hours. It is very warm even in midnight. Staff are very friendly andhelpful. Room is big and nice, with 60 tv channels. Bed is big but thepillow is too big.

Review 41：This hotel was opened in April 2013. The pool area is already rundown.Most guests are large families from Asian origine with a lowerexpectation rate as western style guests. In my opinion this hotel willneed an upgrade (except for the rooms) in 2014 as it deterioratesalready after just 6 month in operation. There are no restaurantsoutside the hotel premises within walking distance. So you have to usethe hotel facilities or take a taxi or other transport to a differentrestaurant. A small refrigerator in your room is just empty and can onlybe filled after advanced payment for it.

Review 51：The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was well set around the pools. In a good spot if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The Massage and Spa area was lovely and peaceful with great massages. One problem was our daughters ordered room service one night. Hamburger and some ice cream. The ice cream came quickly and the hamburger followed a half hour later!

Review 52：The restaurant food was excellent, however the choices were fairly limited. We ate there almost every night & would have liked a little more variety in choices. We still enjoyed everything off the menu though.

Review 53：Everything was fantastic. The staff should be commended for their excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always smiling, very polite & addressed us by our first name which made our stay feel a little more personal. The resort itself is very nice & well designed. It's a little further out from the main part of Nusa Dua however if you need a taxi the hotel will call you one & it'll only cost you a few dollars. The food at their restaurant is really nice though & we ate most of our dinner meals there. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 54：The location is far from everything apart from Geger Beach. To move around you have to take taxi (around 120.000 Rp one way to Kuta or Legian where you can find lots of restaurants and shops)

Review 56：It's not directly hotel thing, but anyway. We were so disappointed when we saw how they "clean" beach. They dig all trash (grass, plastics, styrofoam etc.) into sand at the beach. We couldn't believe that we saw that. Actually Bali has a really big problem with waste! You can see plastics everywhere, except inside of resort area!
