Review 1：Staff ws rude And not helping at all..and they didnt know how to find a solution rather i ws told by d lady at the reception about all d policies which were not even correct as told by the duty manager. I will nevr stay with this property ever again and will nt evn suggest to anyone..
Review 2：I have cheked in on 11th May at 11.30 am and plan was to stay for two nights.upon chekin i came to know that i have been provided a room with 2 doors one is the maindoor another of which can be accesseble to neighbouring room (Room no 222 And 225).At the begining i thought its okey but the real problem started at the night. At around 10.30pm while i was asleep along with my family we heard a sound that was somebody trieng to open the room from neighboring room. We were shoked immidietly i rang up the duty manager to atend the problem. In my life i have ever seen such a unconcious.irresponsible rude element in the form of duty manager. He took more than 45 minutes that to after i have threatend him of chekingout the room if he is not responding.Afterwards they gave ys the another room. Please check ur room has only one door immidietly after chekin.since any thing can happen including theft,life at danger and incuding rapes.since the hotel is so big the sound can not be heared from outside.there is no security for the customers.Upon next day we chekedout immiedietly. Review 3：The design of the hotel spacious rooms.
Review 4：Public areas in the hotel were filthy, especially the dinning room with veneer hanging off the cupboards and cutlery trays. The only place for wifi was a grotty room, sorry business centre. The swimming pool was out of commission and has been for months. We had the comedy safe routine you can read about elsewhere.
Review 5：Thankfully the room was spacious and clean as was the bed linen and towels and the travel desk was very helpful. Also on the plus side we booked four nights and managed to escape after three and only paid for the three.
Review 6：Good facilities and comfortable beds. I could not forget the taste of complementary breakfast specially the Allo Paratha..it was as good as at home or in Delhi.
Review 7：Rooms maintained very poor, shower lever broken and in spite of telling reception no action...just loosely put the lever on without tightening or repair with the result guest has to become plumber everytime to have shower... Bedsheets dirty and hair present.

Review 9：Couple of things requires immediate redressal, like they did not have functional air conditioning in recreation hall where they kept pool table, carom and chess. One had to cope up at mercy of one pedestal fan. Though the breakfast was complimentary, yet I never expected such poorly managed service by a hotel like VITS Aurangabad. Many a times the items were becoming short and refills were delayed. I had to manage my breakfast without tea.
Review 10：Good hotel with pleasing staff, I had to change my room as A.C. Was not working properly. The staff was courteous to change my room almost immediately. Hotel rooms are maintained, service is good. They had amenities like swimming pool, recreation hall, SPA and salon.

Review 33：Poor Reception presentation, staff, cleanliness, No Security, Complaints so many times for vvvvv poor A/c functioning at Room, restaurants, Food quality, buffet was pathetic, staff is lethargic, Wifi poor quality, Room service expensive compared to in-house roof top restaurant, swimming pool water quality - even fish would not like to swim due to poor water quality, travel desk is there to over charge for transfers, no assistance from staff, etc....

Review 35：The Food buffet was not very good, it was very spicy for normal persons. Next day during lunch the buffet was so cold that taken out of freezer and served on complaining manager didn't took any action or even feel sorry!!!
