Review 1：Address is wrong in gps. Couldn't find it and no one spoke English. We called hotel many times and they hung up on us because we didn't speak Italian. A different hotel called them and they drove to where we were and we followed the. Back to hotel. You will never find the place on your own, no eating establishments nearby except a gas station. And a scary place at nite was warned to not go out in evening!!!!
Review 2：The room and bath were fantastic. But the location was bad
Review 3：The location of the hotel is away from Napoli - about 30 minute drive North of the city. If driving from the airport to this location insinuates that you pay a double fair (doble tarifa) for the cab ride from airport, even though it's only a 15-20 minute ride. I paid €30 although the cabbie wanted €40. The location is ok - at night there were loud noises coming from the street and the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but not too bad. Staff was nice and welcoming and accommodations are fair - beds are a bit stiff. However the rooms were super clean. If you need a cab ride from the hotel to Napoli, ask the concierge for their personal driver/friend to give you a lift for €20. The concierge was nice enough to offer this option, whereas a cab would cost €40.

Review 6：Excellent wifi at the room, safe free car park, very friendly and helpfull staff. Very comfortable, large bed. Clean, wide and nice furnitured bathroom with a window. We definetly would stay again.

We picked it as it was close to the airport and figured it would be cheaper and easier than going into town but taxi driver took advantage of late arrival and it being in the opposite direction of town. We didn't have much choice and must say it was the most charming scam I'd ever come across.
Review 15：The hotel itself was nice though the common areas needed some paint and new carpets. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was nice and spoke English without hesitation. The provided a free shuttle back to the airport and evidently sent a car to pick us up but unfortunately it was not confirmed. We would have avoided the only negative thing about the experience if we had known. Overall, I'd recommend the place as a transit stop, especially if you already have a car with you and are heading to the airport.
Review 16：The situation & the constant traffic. Convenient for Airport but not a pleasant area. Also the food on offer for breakfast was inadequate.
Review 17：We chose the Hotel as it was near to Naples Airport & offered a free shuttle service. The "shuttle service" turned out to be one man & his car but he was very friendly, spoke English & was reliable re time to catch plane early the following morning. The staff were so helpful, recommended a local restaurant & even lent us an umbrella! I would only recommend the hotel for it's convenience. It was adequate for a last night stay before catching plane on a budget price.
Review 18：There is a cigarette smell in the corridors and in some rooms. I think the owner would better to declare this property as non-smoking.
Review 19：Excellent friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex who speaks English which is very helpful for tourists. We stopped in the hotel for one night on our way to Sorrento as our flight arrived at night and on our way back before departure (at night as well), as the hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It was easy to find the hotel but please do not use Google map as this site will give you wrong directions. We use Booking.com directions. The hotel has free shuttle at any time. When we arrived Alex waited for us at the exit and was so kind as to follow us to the rent car shuttle, waited while we hired a car and then showed us the way to the hotel. On our way back one of his colleagues (unfortunately I don't remember his name) showed me the way to the rent car station, waited for me and took me back to the hotel. The sweet breakfast and cappuccino were very good. Clean hotel. There is a gas station not far from the hotel on the way to the airport so you can fill the tank just before returning your car. And again, the staff and Alex - they left good remembrance of the hotel.
